PAYMENT TERMS Net cash 30 days from date of invoice. All applicable taxes are purchaser's responsibility. Credit subject to approval by the General Office in Carrollton, Georgia. ORDER ACCEPTANCE Orders are binding after acceptance by the General Office in Carrollton, and all transactions are subject to Southwire's General Terms and Conditions. Orders will be invoiced on date of shipment. QUANTITY PRICING, DELIVERY GROUPING, MINIMUM ORDERS When an order is shipped from one location at one time to one destination, all utility products may be grouped to satisfy Southwire's 10,000-pound delivery term. The grouping of utility and building wire products is subject to special pricing inquiry. The minimum order size for in-stock items is one standard package, reel or coil, and is subject to a minimum billing total of $ Orders for non-stock items are subject to minimum production requirements and will be established upon inquiry. MANUFACTURING AND SHIPPING TOLERANCES Standard lengths shown on this price sheet are subject to a manufacturing tolerance of -10% and +20%. Packages will be marked to show length and weight of material. Weights may vary within tolerances specified by ASTM. One standard package of specified total will be considered acceptable. DELIVERY TERMS Within the continental United States, orders totaling 10,000 pounds or more net weight or $5000 Spacer Cable accessories which are shipped from one Southwire location at one time to one customer location are subject to FOB purchaser s destination. Orders totaling less than 10,000 pounds net weight or less than $5000 Spacer Cable accessories will be FOB shipping point. FOB orders to Alaska or Hawaii are subject to an additional transportation cost. Means, route and agency of transportation shall be designated by Southwire. Otherwise, customer will be invoiced for the costs exceeding the lowest applicable transportation costs. Rates for Prepay and Charge are determined based on Southwire s contracted rate to provide delivery to destination for the specific order referenced on the invoice, plus handling and processing fees. RETURNABLE REELS Steel Reels are often required for transportation and storage of product. Each reel will have an associated charge. Southwire will reimburse customer for the charge of the reel if reel is returned in a specified timeframe as outlined in Terms and Conditions on
