ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 2. Eligibility. The Bud Light Port Paradise V Cruise Promotion is open to San Antonio, TX residents and residents of the following counties: Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe, Kendall, Medina & Wilson counties, 21 years or older at the time of entry and possesses a valid ID and U.S. Passport no later than September 3rd, 2012 Winner must be able to travel (trip dates): leaving November 16 and returning November 19, All winners are responsible for transportation to/from the San Antonio International Airport. Employees of 99.5 KISS, Cox Radio, Inc., Bud Light, Silver Eagle, Anheuser Busch, Cruise line providing trip, travel agency handling the trip itinerary or any other radio station employees, and each of their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and other agents, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with such employees, are not eligible. One (1) entry/ qualifier/ winner per person per household during the duration of this contest. The Grand Prize winners of the Bud Light Port Paradise V Cruise Promotions and the person claiming/executing the trip must be one and the same. No substitutions allowed. All winners are subject to verification. There will be a total of (6) five Grand Prize winners in this contest, all (6) six Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected and announced at the invitation only Bud Light Launch party the week of August 20, 2012 at a location to be determined between the hours of 6-8pm C.S.T.. All Summer prize pack winner/ qualifiers MUST BE PRESENT at the Bud Light Launch Party being held the week of August 20, 2012 to win and claim your cruise if your name is selected. 3. Entry and Winner Selection. The Contest will begin at 8:10 a.m. C.S.T. on June 25 th, 2012 and ends August 3rd, 2012 by 12:10 p.m. C.S.T. the ways to enter are listed below: Listen and Win: Enter by listening to 99.5 KISS every day at 8:10am to the Billy Madison Show, Monday thru Friday from June 25-August 3, The Billy Madison Show will award a Summer prize pack that includes: A limited edition shirt, beach bag and a 6 pack of Bud refreshment, valued at $25 and an invitation to the Bud Launch event the week of August 20, 2012 where we will randomly select a total of 6 winners that will win the Grand Prize cruises for two on the Bud Light Port Paradise V cruise. Each trip will include: roundtrip coach airfare for winner and their guest from San Antonio, TX to Cape Canaveral/Miami FL, transfers to/from ship and airport, standard double-occupancy on ship for three (3) nights, all inclusive food, beverages, and gratuities on board the ship and admission to a private concert for winner and one guest.

A total of six (6) trips for two aboard the Bud Light Party Cruise will be Awarded at the Bud Light Launch party. All Summer prize pack winners are qualified but must be present at the Bud Light Launch party to win and claim a trip. All trips awarded will include: roundtrip coach airfare for winner and their guest from San Antonio, TX to Cape Canaveral/Miami, FL, transfers to/from ship and airport, standard double-occupancy on ship for three (3) nights, all inclusive food, beverages, and gratuities on board the ship and admission to a private concert for winner and one guest. Valued at $380 per couple (winner and their guest) for this contest. Winner and guest must be able to travel November16th-19th,2012. The trip package consists of only those services or items specifically described as part of the prize. Trip does not include costs of meals not on board ship, ground transportation to/from airport in San Antonio, TX, gratuities not on ship, incidentals on ship, additional ground transportation, passport fees, trip cancellation insurance, telephone calls, or other personal expenses incurred by guest(s) during trip and all other expenses not specified as part of prize package are sole responsibility of winner. Failure to claim prize specified by September 3rd, 2012 will constitute forfeiture of the prize. Prize may be subject to other restrictions that may apply. The trip is non-transferable. Travel dates may not be changed by winner. Winner must report name of guest traveling with them to KISS Radio no later than 2 days after winning the prize. Once guest information is reported it may not be changed. There will be no substitutions for travel arrangements or prizes. KISS is not responsible for trips cancelled/airline flight cancellations due to acts of terrorism and/or national disaster. It is the winner s responsibility to be present at time of departure. If the winner is not present, 99.5 KISS will not be responsible for transportation. Winner will be solely responsible. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of a prize. KISS is not liable for the failure of promotional partners in providing prize(s) to satisfy their obligation. The odds of winning are based on the number of people attempting to phone in during the contest time. KISS will have no responsibility for failure to claim any prize or problems incurred when attempting to win, based on mechanical or printer errors, or allegations of telephone difficulties. All decisions of KISS contest officials will be final in matters relating to this contest. 4. Winner Notification and Acceptance. Winners will be notified by telephone within 72 hours/ 3 weekdays of the date of winning to confirm they meet all rules and regulations, give complete trip details, and obtain guest name if needed. KISS will not be responsible for non-working phone numbers, misreported numbers or winners that are unable to be contacted or notified for whatever reason. Return of prize notifications as undeliverable may result in disqualifications and an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may waive 2

3 their right to receive prizes. If forfeited, the prize will remain the property of 99.5 KISS KISS accepts no responsibility for failure to claim any prize. Prizes are non assignable and nontransferable. No substitutions allowed, except that prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability and 99.5 KISS reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winners will be required to come in person to KISS Radio studios to complete an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law) which must be completed within ten (10) days of date of winner notification. Failure to sign and return the affidavit or release within ten (10) days, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may result in a winner s disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to an alternate winner. An alternative winner may be selected at the discretions of 99.5 KISS. Person traveling as guest of the each of the Winners must also sign any affidavit or release that 99.5 KISS may require. Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes entrant s consent to the publication of his or her name, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation. Participation. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges KISS reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Contest as solely determined by 99.5 KISS. In the event the Contest is compromised by tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of 99.5 KISS, which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Contest, 99.5 KISS reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest. Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, 99.5 KISS reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date. 8. Construction. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any contestant and 99.5 KISS, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of Texas, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Texas. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein. 9. General Release. By entering the Contest, contestants release Employees of 99.5 KISS, Cox Radio, Inc., Bud Light, Silver Eagle, Anheuser Busch, travel agency handling the trip itinerary and other San Antonio radio stations, any other promotional sponsors, and 3

4 each of their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, partners and agents from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or with the acceptance, possession or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light). 10. Sponsor. Bud Light Port Paradise V Cruise Promotion is sponsored by 99.5 KISS whose decisions regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of the Contest shall be final and binding in all respects KISS will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Contest. 5 KISS-FM/BUD LIGHT PORT PARADISE RADIO SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES 1. No Beer Purchase Necessary. Sweepstakes open to residents of United States (except CA) who are 21 years of age or older. Sweepstakes begins at 7:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time ( CDT ) on June 29, 2012 and ends at 3:10 p.m. CDT on August 3, 2012 ( Sweepstakes Period ). Void where prohibited. 2. Two Ways To Enter: (a) be the correct caller per the on-air call-in contest instructions provided on 99.6 KISS-FM, or listen for and follow on air instructions. All entries must be received and recorded during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor s designated official judging organization s computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes. No other forms of entry are valid. Limit one (1) entry per person. 3. Neither Anheuser-Busch, LLC ( Sponsor ) nor its agencies are responsible for lost, late, misdirected, unintelligible, returned or undelivered entries, telephone calls, text messages, , or for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Website, or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, miscommunications, failed computer, network, telephone, satellite or cable hardware or software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Sweepstakes or Website, or act in violation of the Official Rules, or act in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person, or violate Website s terms of service, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified. Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by Website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in this Sweepstakes, and assumes no responsibility for any errors, omission, deletion, interruption or delay in operation or transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized Website access. Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries, and may subject that entrant to disqualification. Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for injury or damage to participant's or any other person s computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. Should any portion of Sweepstakes be, in the Sponsor s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes, and randomly select the winners from valid entries received prior to action taken, or otherwise as may be deemed fair and equitable by the Sponsor. Text message entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the registered owner of the wireless number used to enter. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an online entrant, the authorized subscriber of the account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant, and must comply with these rules. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the 5

6 address by the ISP or other organization responsible for assigning addresses. All materials submitted become the property of Anheuser-Busch, LLC and will not be returned. 4. Winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about August 23, 2012 from among all eligible entries received by an independent judging agency, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winner may not substitute or transfer prize, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with prize of equal or greater value. 5. For Grand Prize: Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by phone and will be required to respond to the phone call within twenty-four (24) hours indicating whether he/she would like to accept the prize. If a randomly selected winner participated via Text Message, he/she will be required to respond to a phone call or text message within twenty-four (24) hours in order for the independent judging agency to capture winner s name and address or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected (time permitting). If no response is received within the time allotted, an alternate winner will be selected (time permitting). Sponsor is not responsible for suspended or discontinued wireless or land line service which may result in potential winner not receiving initial prize notification. Grand Prize winner and their guest will be required to access and follow the online registration process. The online registration process consists of completing/submitting the following forms: Registration Process for Winner and Guest, Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release for Winner, Liability and Publicity Release for Guest, nonrefundable payment confirmation of $ Credit card required. The online registration process must be completed within seven (7) days of prize notification, not to exceed September 10, 2012, in order for winner and guest to qualify for the prize. If Grand Prize is not claimed as instructed during this time period, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner (time permitting). Any alternate selected will also be required to complete the online registration process within the time period described herein in order for winner and guest to qualify for the prize. Winner s guest must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Any prize notification or prize returned to the Sponsor or its agencies as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the awarding of that prize to an alternate winner (time permitting). There will be a variety of Bud Light Port Paradise Music Festival promotions occurring between June 15, 2012 and September 3, If you are identified as a potential winner of a Bud Light Port Paradise Music Festival prize in one of these promotions, you are not eligible to participate and/or win a prize in this Sweepstakes. 6. Employees and the immediate families of employees of Anheuser-Busch, LLC, its affiliates and subsidiaries, employees and the immediate families of employees of advertising and promotion agencies, wholesale distributors and individual retail licensees are ineligible. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is subject to federal, state and local regulations. Taxes on prize, if any, are the responsibility of the individual winner. 6

Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner s name, voice, biographical information and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered worldwide and on the Internet without notice or review or approval as permitted by law. 8. Grand Prize (6): A Bud Light Port Paradise Cruise for winner and one (1) guest for $ per person (or for $ for winner only, if winner chooses not to take a guest) and one (1) $ pre-loaded debit card. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation from gateway city nearest winner s residence to city of port (Cape Canaveral or Miami, as determined at Sponsor s sole discretion), transfers to/from ship and airport, standard double-occupancy ship accommodations for three (3) consecutive nights (unless winner chooses not to take a guest, in which case winner will have the entire cabin), all inclusive food, select beverages and gratuities on board the ship and admission to a two (2) day private concert for winner and guest. Travel expected to occur between November 16, 2012 and November 19, Exact travel dates to be determined/communicated at a later date, by Sponsor, in Sponsor s sole discretion. Travel, accommodations and events are at the Sponsor s discretion and subject to availability and change, and restrictions may apply. Sponsor is responsible for any necessary hotel accommodations for winner and guest prior and/or after the Bud Light Port Paradise Cruise. Winner and guest must have valid passport upon boarding the ship. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and on the dates specified by Sponsor. Winner and guest must comply with all travel requirements, which may include, without limitation, presenting necessary identification (i.e. driver's license or passport) at the time of travel. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Any costs incurred due to changes to the original itinerary are solely the winner s responsibility. Any additional ground transportation, passport fees, trip cancellation insurance, personal purchases and all other expenses not specified herein are solely the winner s responsibility. Approximate Retail Value $ (for winner and one guest). Actual value depends on city, day, and time of departure. The difference between any stated value and actual value will not be awarded. If winner cannot accept prize as specified, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner (time permitting), in Sponsor's sole discretion.
