6 Contact Us Paul Able is the Owner and Principal Consultant for Implement Safety, LLC. Paul was formerly Vice President of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) and one of the founders of RockPile Energy Services. Paul has held various executive roles in both small private and large public companies. Paul has over twenty years of management experience in the oil and gas exploration and production, as well as upstream services industries, managing both people and processes. He has a proven track record of influencing all levels of an organization to achieve superior results through a core belief in continuous improvement and critical analysis. Paul is the co-author of Developing and Sustaining the Observation Culture, and was a principal contributor to developing a, globally adopted, behavior based safety process while working for a multinational oilfield services provider. In addition, he was seconded to AP,I post Macondo incident, to assist in the establishment of the Center for Offshore Safety.
