1 SPLASH INTO FUN SWEEPSTAKES PRESENTED BY SEAWORLD AND THE SPURS - OFFICIAL RULES 1. No purchase necessary to enter or win. 2. This sweepstakes is only open to Texas residents 18 years of age or older, with the exception of those who live within seventy-five (75) miles of the Dallas, Texas or Houston, Texas city limits ( Entrants ). Sponsored by Sea World of Texas LLC d/b/a SeaWorld San Antonio, a Delaware limited liability company ( SeaWorld San Antonio ) and San Antonio Spurs, LLC, a Texas limited liability company d/b/a Spurs Sports & Entertainment (the Spurs ) (collectively, the Sponsors ). Employees, immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children) and persons affiliated with Sponsors, the NBA and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. are not eligible to enter or win. 3. Splash into Fun Sweepstakes Presented by SeaWorld and the Spurs ( Sweepstakes ) registration begins on March 17, 2016 at 12:01am and ends by 11:59pm on March 31, 2016 (the Entry Period ). All entries must be received by 11:59pm on March 31, 2016 (the "Deadline") to be eligible. Limit one entry per person. 4. Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes either online or through a mail in entry form: Online Option: Enter by logging onto SPURS.COM, keyword SeaWorld any time during the Entry Period and filling out the online entry form for a chance to win. Mail-In Option: During the Entry Period any person may mail in a request to enter into the Sweepstakes. Mail-in entries must be handwritten and include Entrant s name, valid residential address, phone number (area code included), address (if available), and date of birth, either on a postcard or a separate piece of paper no larger than 8.5 by 11 inches. The postcard or paper must be placed in an envelope with proper postage affixed and mailed to: Spurs Sports & Entertainment, Splash into Fun Sweepstakes Presented by SeaWorld and the Spurs, One AT&T Center, San Antonio, TX Entries received after the Deadline will not be considered. The Spurs nor SeaWorld San Antonio will be responsible for lost, late, mutilated, illegible, or incomplete entries. 5. Entrants have a chance to win prizes given away during each day of the Sweepstakes which consists of four (4) SeaWorld Fun Cards (the Daily Prizes ), or one grand prize consisting of four (4) SeaWorld Fun Cards, four (4) tickets for Dine With Shamu, four (4) plaza level Spurs game tickets for one (1) game during the season, prior to April 13, 2017, and a thirty minute (30:00) Coyote mascot appearance ( Grand Prize ) to be given away at the end of the Entry Period (collectively, the Prizes ). Daily Prizes: Winners of a Daily Prize ("Daily Prize Winners", individually Daily Prize Winner ) will be randomly chosen on a daily basis for fourteen (14) consecutive days, beginning on March 18, 2016 and ending April 1, 2016 ( Daily Prize Drawing ). Entrants names are kept in the running for each subsequent drawing, and Entrants have a chance to win four (4) SeaWorld Fun Cards during

2 each Daily Prize Drawing occurring during the Entry Period. After winning a Daily Prize, all Daily Prize Winners are ineligible to receive the Grand Prize or any other Daily Prizes. The Daily Prize Winners will be contacted by within three (3) business days following the Daily Prize Drawing date. Grand Prize: The winner of the Grand Prize will receive four (4) SeaWorld Fun Cards, four (4) tickets for Dine With Shamu, four (4) plaza level Spurs game tickets for one (1) game during the season, prior to April 13, 2017, and a thirty minute (30:00) Coyote mascot appearance (the "Grand Prize Winner"). The random drawing to select the Grand Prize Winner will be held no later than April 1, 2016 ( Grand Prize Drawing ) and the Grand Prize Winner will be contacted by within three (3) business days following the Grand Prize Drawing date. Exact seat locations for the Spurs game tickets to be determined by the Spurs in its sole discretion. Grand Prize Winner and, when applicable, guests are responsible for all costs and expenses associated with Grand Prize acceptance and use that are not specified herein as being awarded. Grand Prize dates are subject to change in Sponsors sole discretion. If a Grand Prize Winner is not available or able to accept the Grand Prize, Grand Prize Winner privileges will be terminated and an alternative Grand Prize Winner may be selected from among the remaining applicable Entrants if time permits. The Daily Prizes of four (4) SeaWorld Fun Cards and the Grand Prize of a four (4) SeaWorld Fun Cards, four (4) tickets for Dine With Shamu, four (4) plaza level Spurs game tickets for one (1) game during the season, prior to April 13, 2017, and a thirty minute (30:00) Coyote mascot appearance are awarded at the sole discretion of the Sponsors. Tickets for the Grand Prize are subject to availability and the specific game is chosen by the Spurs in its sole discretion. 6. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. All Prizes will be awarded and any Prizes not claimed will be forfeited. In the event the initial Daily Prize Winners or Grand Prize Winner cannot be contacted, cannot claim the opportunity to win the Prizes, or are ineligible to win their specific prize, an alternate Daily Prize Winner and Grand Prize Winner will be selected through a second random drawing within five (5) days of the original Daily Prize Winner or Grand Prize Winner being ruled ineligible. 7. Contest void where prohibited. Sweepstakes and the Official Rules will be governed, construed, and interpreted under Texas law. 8. By entering, entrant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Sponsors (and any and all of their affiliates) and the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees, agents and owners (the "Released Parties") against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of either (i) Entrant's participation; or (ii) the receipt or use of the Prizes awarded in the Sweepstakes contest. -2-

3 9. The Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not subject to exchange. No substitute Prizes will be awarded and Prizes may not be exchanged for cash. Daily Prize Winners are responsible for payment of any applicable federal, state and local taxes on the Daily Prizes. Approximate Retail Value of a Daily Prize is $ Grand Prize Winner is responsible for payment of any applicable federal, state and local taxes on the Grand Prize. Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $1, All prizes consist only of items specifically listed in these rules as part of the prize. Prizes do not include airfare, lodging, or any other costs associated with claiming or using the Prizes. Daily Prize Winners and Grand Prize Winner will be responsible for transportation to and from SeaWorld San Antonio (and/or AT&T Center for Grand Prize Winner) and any other incidental costs, gratuities or expenses not specifically identified in these rules. If the event featured in the Prizes is delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason, Daily Prize Winners and Grand Prize Winner will not be reimbursed for tickets. Tickets are subject to standard rain-check policies and procedures. Tickets are awarded pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable license that is personal to the Daily Prize Winners and Grand Prize Winner and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated, or otherwise conveyed. A violation of these restrictions shall revoke Daily Prize Winners and Grand Prize Winner s license and the tickets will not be honored. 10. Sponsors (and any and all of their affiliates), the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees, agents and owners accept no responsibility for an entrant failing to receive a Prize. 11. By entering, entrant understands that Sponsors (and any and all of their affiliates), the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees, agents and owners shall have the right to use the Prize Winner's voice, name, likeness and photograph(s) for advertising and promotional purposes without further authorization, compensation, remuneration or notification except where prohibited by law. 12. All decisions as to the sweepstakes rules and interpretations are exclusively within the sole discretion of the Spurs, SeaWorld San Antonio, the NBA and NBA Properties, Inc. and may be changed from time to time without notice or recourse. All Prizes are awarded "AS IS" and "WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND," express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). 13. By entering the Sweepstakes or accepting Prizes, all Entrants release the Sponsors (and any and all of their affiliates), the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employers, agents and owners from any liability whatsoever and waiving any and all causes of action related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes or -3-

4 delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any Prizes (including any type or manner of costs or damages), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty, or any other theory. 14. Entrants that violate the Official Rules are subject to disqualification from participation in the Sweepstakes or claiming or using the Prizes. Any such decision is in the sole discretion of the Spurs. The potential Daily Prize Winners and Grand Prize Winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within ten (10) days of attempted notification. 15. If the Daily Prize Winners are unable to claim their chance for the Daily Prizes within the timeframe set out herein, such chance will be forfeited entirely and the Daily Prize Winners will forfeit any and all rights to the Daily Prize. Additionally, if the Grand Prize Winner is unable to claim his/her chance for the Grand Prize within the timeframe set out herein, such chance will be forfeited entirely and the Grand Prize Winner will forfeit any and all rights to the Grand Prize. The Spurs reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for the Prizes. 16. The Spurs are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of this sweepstakes or in the announcement of Prizes. In the event the Spurs are prevented from continuing with this Sweepstakes, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is severely undermined by any event beyond the Spurs' control, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within the Spurs' control (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence). The Spurs shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes for any reason and without further obligation. If the Spurs, in its discretion, elects to abbreviate the Sweepstakes as a result of a Force Majeure event, the Spurs reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the Prizes from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event, in a random drawing. In no event will more Prizes be award than those specifically listed. 17.
