DESCRIPTION: The Las Vegas Motor Speedway Drive Vegas Sweepstakes (the Sweepstakes ) is sponsored by Nevada Speedway, LLC d/b/a Las Vegas Motor Speedway, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business located at 7000 Las Vegas Boulevard North, Las Vegas, Nevada ( Sponsor ). SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at 8:00 a.m., Pacific Time (PT) and ends on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. PT (the Activity Period ). All votes must be received by Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. PT. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) and Canada (excluding Québec) ( Territory ) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at time of entry, and have a valid driver s license except that residents of New York, Rhode Island and Florida are not eligible. Void outside Territory and where prohibited by law. Void in Québec. Employees, officers, and directors of (i) Sponsor Petty Holdings, LLC - and Speedway Motorsports, Inc. and their subsidiaries and affiliates and each of their respective parent companies, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, members, successors, assigns and agents, and (ii) any others engaged in the development, production or distribution of promotional materials or prizes for this Sweepstakes (collectively, the Released Parties ), and (iii) members of the immediate families (parents, children, spouse, siblings) or households of any of the above are not eligible to enter or win. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING. Your chances of winning without making a purchase are the same as the chances of someone who purchases something. It is illegal to give any advantage to buyers in a sweepstakes or contest. In this Sweepstakes, there are no purchases. If selected in the random drawing, in order to be deemed the potential Grand Prize winner, a Canadian resident must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance of any kind. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, you can enter the following way: Las Vegas Motor Speedway Fan Zone. Go to complete the account registration form, acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Official Rules, and select your favorite experience from the Drive Vegas fleet pictured. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor s clock is the official clock. Entrants must register an account on Las Vegas Motor Speedway Fan Zone. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on

2 matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The Released Parties and judges are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, garbled, incomplete, or misdirected entries, for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects or delays in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices, or transmission lines or data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials, loss or otherwise. Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with this Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Entrant agrees that the information supplied on the entry form or on Sponsor websites may be used for marketing purposes. Sponsor s use of information supplied by any entrant on entry forms (whether through a website or in paper form) shall be consistent with Sponsor s privacy policy located at ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR TAMPER WITH SPONSOR S WEBSITE OR TELEPHONE LINES UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION; AND IF SUCH INDIVIDUAL ENTERS THE SWEEPSTAKES HE/SHE WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Decisions of Sponsor with respect to the Sweepstakes are final. One (1) potential grand prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor, or a judge ( Judge ) it selects in its sole discretion on or about Wednesday, June 1, 2016 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The potential prize winner is subject to verification, including without limitation, verification of eligibility, age, compliance with these Official Rules and completion of release forms (described below). If a potential prize winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the potential prize winner will be disqualified. If attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, if the potential winner cannot be verified, or if the potential winner is otherwise unable to accept whole prize, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate provided sufficient time remains, in Sponsor s discretion. The potential prize winners will be notified by or phone on and no later than Wednesday, June 1, The Judge who pulls the potential winning entries will be the official conductor of the drawing. The Judge s decisions are final and binding in all respects. Eligible entries are based on all votes received through the Sweepstakes. 500 chips will be awarded for voting. 3 Indy Racing Experience Ride Along ARV $159 each The Total Actual Retail Value ( ARV ) for Grand Prize package is $2,040 PRIZE CONDITIONS: All prize details shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. Winner s guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. All costs and expenses associated with the prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to transportation costs, accommodations, meals, gratuities, service charges or taxes, hotel room service, laundry service, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, local and long-distance telephone calls, insurance, and any other incidental costs or expenses not identified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the Winner. All prizes will be awarded as-is with no warranty or guarantee either expressed or implied. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or any part of the prize) with one of equal or comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion, or in the event a prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Any difference between stated approximate value and the actual value of Sweepstakes Prize(s) will not be awarded. Driving experiences shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. The driving experience and driving experience dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor, or Prize Provider (as the case may be), and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the driving experiences awarded as the prize will govern in the event an event is not conducted due to weather conditions, an act of God, and an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. Use of the Drive Vegas experience is subject to the standard terms and conditions of Petty Holdings, LLC. Winner and his/her guest agree to comply with all applicable Speedway and Venue regulations in connection with the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to remove or to deny driving experience to the Winner and/or his/her guest who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the venue. Released Parties (defined above) will not be responsible for weather conditions, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any event. Driving experiences awarded as prizes may not be resold or offered for resale. Any such resale may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the driving experience. WINNER RESPONSIBILITIES: Sweepstakes winners will be solely responsible for all taxes on Sweepstakes prize(s) and will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the prize(s). Winner will be required to sign a Statement of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release (collectively Releases ) (except where prohibited by law). In addition, Winner s Guest will be required to sign a Liability and Publicity Release (except were prohibited by law). Failure to provide such will result in forfeiture of the Prize. RELEASE: By participating, entrants agree, and by accepting prize, winner(s) agrees, to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability, injury, loss or damage incurred by participating

4 in the Sweepstakes and/or the awarding, receipt, acceptance, possession or use/misuse of the prize(s). By accepting the prize(s) the winner agrees to allow Sponsor the use of his/her name and address (city & state), photograph, videotape or likeness for advertising or publicity purposes and to the use of statements made by or attributed to the winner relating to Sweepstakes or Sponsor, and grants to Sponsor any and all rights to said use, without further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law. PUBLICITY/USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant s consent for the Sponsor and the Sponsor s affiliates to use entrant s name, likeness and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further consideration. Also, except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant s consent to the use by Sponsor, its affiliates, and their agents, of entrant s personal information, addresses and other contact information for marketing and other purposes. WINNER S LIST/OFFICIAL RULES: For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by Wednesday, June 1, 2016 to: Las Vegas Motor Speedway Drive Vegas Sweepstakes Winners List Request, 7000 Las Vegas Blvd. North, Las Vegas, NV For a copy of the official rules, send a selfaddressed stamped envelope by Wednesday, June 1, 2016 to: Las Vegas Motor Speedway Drive Vegas Official Rules Request 7000 Las Vegas Blvd. North, Las Vegas, NV MODIFICATION: Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, postpone, delay, suspend and/or terminate this Sweepstakes in whole or in part in the event that the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned or as intended by these Official Rules by reason of any technical or other disabling causes that, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, impair, corrupt or interrupt the administration, fairness, security or integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, hurricane, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, war, terrorist threat or activity or insurrection. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor shall award the Sweepstakes Prize (or prizes of equal or greater value) in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the time of Sweepstakes cancellation. Sweepstakes are initially provided by Sponsor to entrant under the name Las Vegas Motor Speedway Drive Vegas Sweepstakes but the name of the Sweepstakes is subject to change at the discretion of the Sponsor and any such name change shall be posted along with the rules at Additional companies or organizations may join in sponsoring the Sweepstakes and such additions shall likewise be posted at DISPUTE RESOLUTION: All entrants agree that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Contest or any Prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for Nevada or the appropriate Nevada State Court located in Clark County, Nevada; and (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Contest, but in no event attorneys' fees. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Nevada, without giving effect to any choice of law

5 or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Nevada or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Nevada.
