1 Terms and conditions governing BOC Visa Infinite Card Terms and conditions governing Waiver of currency exchange fees on all overseas transactions Card transactions in foreign currencies other than US Dollars will be converted into US Dollars before being converted into Singapore Dollars. Card transactions in US Dollars shall be converted to Singapore Dollars on the date of conversion. All conversions are subject to exchange rate at such time as may be determined by Visa International Service Association ( Visa ) at its absolute discretion. The conversion rate applied is based on the posting date of the card transaction to the Card Account, which may be different to the rate in effect on the date of the card transaction. All card transactions in foreign currencies will be subjected to a charge of 1% of the converted amount by Visa. The Bank s prevailing currency exchange fees of 1.5% of the converted amount for all card transactions made in foreign currencies will be waived. BOC is entitled in its absolute discretion, at any time and from time to time, vary the terms and conditions of the promotion without any prior notice. The terms and conditions set out above are supplement to, and to be read together with and form an integral part of the BOC Cardmember Agreement, as may be amended from time to time by BOC in its sole and absolute discretion. Unless the context otherwise requires or the terms and conditions above expressly provide otherwise, all words and expressions defined in the BOC Cardmember Agreement shall have the same meanings when used or referred to above. BOC s decision on all matters pertaining to the promotion stated above shall be final and binding on the Cardmember. The promotion described above may be amended, supplemented or revoked by BOC at any time in its sole and absolute discretion. BOC may at any time vary, modify or amend these terms and conditions as it may, in its absolute discretion, think fit, and the Cardmember shall be bound by such variations and amendments. Without prejudice to any of BOC s rights and remedies, BOC is entitled, at any time, in its absolute discretion and without notice, to terminate the promotion. Save for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, BOC shall not be liable for any errors, delays, omissions in the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions. BOC s decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final and binding on the Cardmember. No correspondence shall be entertained. All information is correct at the time of publishing or posting online. Should there be any inconsistency between the English and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the waiver of currency exchange fees promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

2 These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the Cardmembers participation in the waiver of currency exchange fees promotion irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. Terms and conditions governing 1% cash rebate on all purchases made in Singapore The BOC Visa Infinite Card cash rebate is only valid for transactions made in Singapore on a BOC Visa Infinite Card (the Card ) by a BOC Visa Infinite Credit Cardmember (the Cardmember ). The Cardmember will be awarded a 1% cash rebate for card transactions (including online transactions) made in Singapore dollars. Combined spend from the Principal and Supplementary Cards is permitted. Cash rebate is calculated on the amount of each transaction posted in Singapore Dollars multiplied by the cash rebate rate. The final cash rebate amount for each purchase will be calculated as exact digits to the nearest two decimal places. BOC reserves the right to retract, deduct and/or re-compute any cash rebate amount in cases where BOC, in its absolute discretion, deems that there has been an abuse of the cash rebate promotion. No cash rebate will be earned in respect of interest, annual fees, finance charges, cash advances, balance transfer, loading of pre-paid cards, purchases made through Installment Payment Plans, Tax Payment Facility, IRAS processing fee, and all fees charged by BOC or any other third parties (if any). A debit adjustment will be made to the cash rebate balance if there are any credits posted to the Cardmember s Account including without limitation credits arising from returned goods or services or from any billing dispute(s). Such adjustment shall be calculated in the same manner in which the cash rebate is earned. Eligible transactions are transactions which are posted before the end of each billing cycle. The cash rebate will be credited to the Principal Cardmember s BOC Visa Infinite Card Account (the Account ) on the following billing cycle. The Cardmember s spend on the Card will be reflected on the Principal Cardmember s monthly statement. Cash rebate may only be used to settle card transactions incurred on the Principal Card or the Supplementary Card (if any). Cash rebate may not be converted to or exchanged for cash, nor be transferred or paid to any person in any manner whatsoever, nor be used to settle or pay any other liability of any person whatsoever, nor be applied towards settlement of any other of the Cardmember s liabilities. All unused cash rebate will be forfeited on the earlier of: (a) BOC s receipt of the Principal Cardmember s request to terminate his/her Card; or (b) the termination of the Principal Card by BOC for any reason whatsoever. The Account must be in good standing order at the time of crediting of the cash rebate. In the event the Account is delinquent, terminated or suspended for any reason whatsoever before the cash rebate is credited into the said Account, BOC reserves the right to forfeit the cash rebate at its sole discretion. BOC is entitled in its absolute discretion, at any time and from time to time, vary the terms and conditions or withdraw the cash rebate promotion without any prior notice. BOC shall not be responsible and/or liable for any delay in the transmission to BOC of evidence of retail purchases by the participating merchants or any other third party. BOC s records of all matters relating to the cash rebate promotion are conclusive and binding on the Cardmember. BOC is entitled, for any reason and at any time, without liability, to suspend the calculation or awarding of cash rebate, to rectify any errors in the calculation, or otherwise adjust such calculation. All offers are applicable for BOC Visa Infinite Card issued by BOC Singapore Branch. All payments must be made with the BOC Visa Infinite Card. All offers are not valid with other discounts, privileges, promotions, set menus, vouchers, membership privileges or privileges/vip Cards, unless otherwise stated. All offers are stated in Singapore Currency only, unless otherwise stated. All dining offers are valid for dine-in only and not applicable for takeaway.

6 BOC shall not be liable or responsible for reimbursement of any lounge usage by the Cardmember which exceeds the number of valid complimentary access a Cardmember holds. Cardmember shall bear the additional charges at their own costs. Plaza Premium Lounge terms and conditions apply. Lounge access is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective lounges. BOC cannot be held liable in the event lounges refuse entry.
