1 RENAULT BOLDEST DEAL CAMPAIGN TERMS & CONDITIONS SECTION A. General 1. The Renault Boldest Deal ( Campaign ) is organized by TCEC Cars Sdn. Bhd. (Company No D) ( TCEC ) and is applicable to all Malaysian citizens or permanent residents aged eighteen (18) years old and above. 2. This Campaign shall be valid from 1st April 2018 until 31st May 2018 (both dates inclusive), or while stocks last (whichever comes first) ( Promotion Period ) for Renault vehicles registered in the name of the individual purchasers during the Promotion Period. 3. The picture shown in advertisements and communication materials are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product. 4. This Campaign consists of TCEC s offerings of special promotion ( Promotion ) for Renault Captur, Renault Fluence, Renault Koleos and Renault Clio GT Line. 5. TCEC reserves the right to vary, add modify and/or alter these terms and conditions ( T&C ) as and when it deems fit without any prior notification. Such variations may be communicated through modes of communication deemed suitable by TCEC. 6. TCEC s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final, absolute and binding on the purchaser. No correspondences, enquiries, appeals, challenge, or discussion in respect to any decision or determination made by the TCEC shall be entertained. 7. These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. 8. By purchasing a Renault vehicle under the Promotion, the purchaser(s) declares that he/she has read and understood the T&C herein and agree(s) to be bound by the same. 1

2 SECTION B. Promotion 1. TCEC is offering the following promotions for selected Renault models: a. Renault Fluence: i. For Renault Fluence model year 2018 equipped with fabric seat: RM89,888 (inclusive of GST but is exclusive of insurance, road tax, registration fee and hire purchase ownership claim fee); and ii. For Renault Fluence model year 2018 equipped with leather seat: RM93,888 (inclusive of GST but is exclusive of insurance, road tax, registration fee and hire purchase ownership claim fee). iii. The above promotional prices are subject to the following terms and conditions:- 2. It excludes five (5) years free maintenance services (for parts and labour); and 3. It is only applicable to DISPLAY UNITS of Renault Fluence Dynamique variants based on year make iv. Purchasers can opt to purchase a service package for five (5) years or mileage of 100,000km, (whichever comes first) by paying an additional RM3,500 (inclusive of GST). v. This Promotion cannot be combined with any on-going or future promotions, discounts and vi. All purchases of the Renault Fluence under this Promotion is on an as-is basis. Any additional or upgrade of specifications shall be borne by the purchasers. TCEC shall not entertain any special requests or any additional offers. TCEC shall not be liable to indemnify the purchasers for any dissatisfaction, damage and/or loss arising from the purchase of Renault Fluence on an as is 2

3 b. Renault Captur: i. The Purchaser of Renault Captur (locally assembled) for 2018 model year under this Promotion shall be entitled to choose the following Promotion:- (i-i) RM7,000 rebate from RM109,000; and includes five (5) years free maintenance services (for parts and labour). OR (i-ii) rebate of RM11,000 ii. The above promotional price is only available in Peninsular Malaysia (except for Langkawi, Kedah) for individual registrations. iii. This Promotion cannot be combined with any on-going or future promotions, discounts and vi. All purchases of the Renault Captur under this Promotion is on an as-is basis. Any additional or upgrade of specifications shall be borne by the purchasers. TCEC shall not entertain any special dissatisfaction, damage and/or loss arising from the purchase of Renault Captur on an as is c. Renault Koleos: i. The Purchaser of Renault Koleos of 2WD or 4WD under this Promotion shall be entitled to choose the following Promotion:- (i-i) five (5) years or 100,000km service package (for parts and labour) (whichever comes first); OR (i-ii) rebate of RM5,000 ii. 4 2. Only applicable for Renault Koleos 2WD and 4WD model year Do not apply to Koleos Signature 2WD. iv. This Promotion cannot be combined with any on-going or future promotions, discounts and vi. All purchases of the Renault Koleos under this Promotion is on an as-is basis. Any additional or upgrade of specifications shall be borne by the purchasers. TCEC shall not entertain any special dissatisfaction, damage and/or loss arising from the purchase of Renault Koleos on an as is d. Renault Clio GT Line: i. For Renault Clio GT Line model year 2016: RM96,000 (inclusive of GST but is exclusive of insurance, road tax, registration fee and hire purchase ownership claim fee) ii. The above promotional prices are subject to the following terms and conditions:- 2. It excludes five (5) years free maintenance services (for parts and labour); and 3. It is only applicable to DISPLAY UNITS of Renault Clio GT Line variants. iii. This Promotion cannot be combined with any on-going or future promotions, discounts and offers and shall not be replaced with any other models of Renault. iv. All purchases of the Renault Clio GT Line under this Promotion is on an as-is basis (any additional or upgrade of specifications shall be borne by the purchasers). TCEC shall not entertain any special dissatisfaction, damage and/or loss arising from the purchase Renault Clio GT Line on an as is 2. Customers are required to pay 10% down payment upon booking of the Renault Vehicles under this Promotion. 4

5 3. Renault Vehicles purchased and registered before and after the Campaign Period shall not be eligible for this Promotion. 4. Test drive gifts are subject to availability. 5. Purchasers shall ensure and further represents to TCEC that all documents and information provided and submitted to TCEC are complete, accurate and genuine. Purchasers shall promptly furnish TCEC with further documents and information as and when requested by TCEC. 6. In the event of any disputes, TCEC s decision shall be final and absolute. 5
