1 THE AWARENESS TOUR IN THE CHEST RIDER 2 IN THE CHEST EPK Attention: Most of this pertains to the venues when we are on tour, not local shows and festivals. THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING 2 IN THE CHEST: AND ANY BAND TOURING WITH 2 IN THE CHEST This tour2 IN THE CHEST will be running with B4i 2 IN THE CHEST is a theatrical Worlds only Rustic Outlaw Southern Hard Rock N Roll band with a stage show in the styling of Alice Cooper, Marylyn Manson or Slipknot and then some. Our only goal is to entertain each and every person, at each and every 2 IN THE CHEST show. All fliers must have 2 IN THE CHEST AND B4i brand logos. Master Flier will be provided Via . Second thing, ambiance is very important when enjoying a performance from 2 IN THE CHEST Unlike other everyday rock bands,/metal bands our stage persona and stage presentation play a vital role to a successful delivery of the Musical and visual Experience. To achieve the proper presentation, there are some basic requirements we must take into account before we can book a show in your venue. 1. STAGE SIZE: We are a full concept band and stage size is a big concern when wanting us to play as we have several performers on stage with us during the show. It does not have to be Madison square garden just large enough to be comfortable on stage with up to 6 members at one time. 2. HOUSE PA SYSTEM: We don t ask too much in this area. The venue must have a full House PA system, at least two monitors (front of stage), one drum fill monitor, at least three mics and stands for drums, two mics for front of stage VOX, three direct channels (2 guitars one bass and one looper). B4i has 5 members 2 guitars bass drums and vocalist. an in house FOH soundman needs to be provided at no cost to 2 IN THE CHEST or B4i. 3. LIGHTS: All shows must have a respectable lighting arrangement as well as provide a responsible person to run the lights. We do have some lighting of our own as well as other none flammable effects. Once it has been determined that the venue meets these requirements, there are a few other requirements needed to accommodate a 2 IN THE CHEST show. 1. Due to the fact that we not only have equipment and props to load onto, and get set up on the stage, but also the fact that we need to have enough time to get into our costumes, it is advisable to have most of our set up already on stage at

2 the beginning of the night, as it takes at least 15 to 20 minutes for us get into our costumes. So the stage must be big enough to accommodate this request. If not then please understand that it will take a little longer for us to be ready to perform. 2. Also because we do perform wearing masks, it takes a bit longer to properly EQ our VOX. So we do require a sound check. When doing the sound check; we do require that this be completed long before any patrons arrive. This way the sound-man can adapt the system to match the requirements of singing through masks. 3. We do have underage members in the production, so the stage must be free of all alcoholic beverages for your safety. The underage members will not at any time enter the venue until show time. And will leave the facility at the end of the performance, this is also for your safety. Lastly, It is very important we be provided a place to dress and get ready for the performance. It can be a secondary bathroom, an office, a storage room, something, as we do have 4 females in the production, and we all need proper facilities to dress and undress, before and after each show. If all these things are available, then the 2 IN THE CHEST show will be a success. It is our goal to entertain the crowd, to have them go away from the performance filled with a sense of fulfillment, a sense of enlightenment and understanding from the stories that we tell and most of all, a smile. And we go away from the show knowing that our hard work and dedication to the concept allowed each and every fan to enjoy the show more than they ever have before, and knowing that the fans will count the days until the next performance. 3 This contract (the "Agreement") is made on this day of,,between Operator( ) and (Band/Bands for the hiring of Production as independent contractors to perform (the "Show") for Operator at, located at. It is agreed as follows: 1. Place, date, and time of Show. The parties agree that the time and place of Show will be at, located at, on this 2. Description of Show. Show will be a visual and musical performance with visual and musical content provided by band or bands on tour with band/bands. Show will last of a minimum of 45 minutes, and as long as 90 per band. This will be at the sole discretion of /band or bands on tour with Bands /Band 3. Payment. Compensation for the Show will be $ this is included for both bands payable by cashier's check, Money order, cash, etc... Whatever you like (together being the "Fee"). A 50% deposit of Fee is due on the signing of this contract. This is a required condition for the contract to proceed; if a 50% deposit of Fee is not tendered upon the signing of this contract, no further obligation for either party comes due. The remaining 50% of Fee is due immediately prior to Band's Show, but may be made earlier. 20% of the door or a percentage of the bar for the remaining 50% witch ever is greater. Negotiation of these contracted fees is welcomed. 4. Cancellation. If full payment is not made by the time immediately prior to Band's Show, Show may be cancelled by Band, and Operator may not seek any damages. Cancellation may be made by Operator before two days prior to the time of Show, in which case Operator's 50% deposit of Fee is non-refundable, but Operator will not have to pay the remaining 50% of Fee. If Show is cancelled within 2 days of Show, Operator must pay Band's full Fee. Band may cancel at any time prior to ticket sales by Operator, in which case Band must refund Fee in its entirety. 5. Force Majeure. In the event Show cannot reasonably be put on because of unpredictable occurrences such as an act of nature, government, or illness/disability of Band, the 50% deposit of Fee is non-refundable, but no other portion of Fee is due, and the parties may negotiate a substitute Show on the same terms as this Agreement save for the time of Show, with no further deposit of Fee due, in which case a new Agreement reflecting this will be signed by the parties. No further damages may be sought for failure to perform because of force majeure. 6. Band Guest Tickets. Operator will make available to Bands 10 # of tix complimentary tickets to give away at bands digression. 7. Food and Drink. Water should be supplied as needed for band/bands at no additional charge.

4 8. Age of Band members. In the event that Band members are under the drinking age. Band will make sure that the underage member or members will not enter establishment until time of show and leave directly following the performance. If you agree with these terms please sign here. 9. Parking. Operator will secure sufficient parking for all vehicles of touring performers within a reasonably convenient distance to Venue for a minimum period of 2 hours prior to the show and lasting until 1 hour after the show. 10. Security, Health, and Safety. Operator warrants that Venue will be of ample size to safely conduct Show, that Venue is of stable construction and sufficiently protected from weather, and that there will be adequate security and/or emergency medical personnel available if necessary. Operator maintains sufficient personal injury/property insurance for Venue sufficient to cover foreseeable claims. 11. Indemnification. Operator indemnifies and holds Band harmless for any claims of property damage or bodily injury caused by Show attendees. 12. Arbitration settles disputes. All claims or disputes by either party from or under this Agreement will be submitted to arbitration using the service located at URL resource locator: (the "Arbitration Service") and according to the rules of that Arbitration Service. Any court that would otherwise have had jurisdiction over the dispute will enforce both settlement by the Arbitration Service and any arbitration award. Parties will be their own costs, save that any fee charged by Arbitration Service to submit the case to Arbitration Service may be recovered from the other party in an arbitration award. 13. Severability. If any portion of Agreement is in conflict with any applicable law, such portion will become inoperative, but all other portions of Agreement will remain in force. 14. Interpretation. Agreement will be interpreted according to the laws of Home state. 15. Riders. Nothing in Agreement shall prevent any rider from being added to Agreement that is favorable to Band, as judged by Band. All riders must be in writing and signed by the party against whom enforcement is sought.
