3 ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE Members receive emergency roadside assistance. If you have a flat tire, lock your keys in your car, have a dead battery or break down on the road call MCA 24 hours a day and we will handle the situation. 24/7 sign & drive dispatch service with towing up to 100 miles to the destination of your choice. OR Call the provider of your choice for up to $100 reimbursement.

4 ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE Roadside assistance ALSO covers RVs, boat trailers, motorcycles, live stock trailers or dually pick-up trucks over one ton for up to $100 in services. 18-wheeled vehicles are covered by dispatch only.

5 TRAVEL ASSISTANCE If members have an auto accident, MCA pays for a rental car for up to $500 and not exceeding seven days. For accidents occurring more than 50 miles away from home, membership provides $500 in travel assistance for meals, lodging or transportation home. MCA ensures members are never stranded away from home.

6 TRIP PLANNING MCA provides planning and travel reservations for members, plus our experts save you time and money. We schedule trips, provide detailed routings and maps, book airline reservations and offer hotel discounts. Professional travel services anywhere in the United States and Canada.

7 ARREST BONDS If members are stopped for a moving violation and charged, we provide a $500 cash appearance bond for you. MCA membership cards are accepted as a cash appearance bond when involved in traffic violations. Not available in California.

8 $25,000 BAIL BOND MCA will pay the fee for a $25,000 bail bond if a member is charged with a covered criminal violation resulting from a traffic accident, including vehicular manslaughter and negligent homicide. See membership contract for details. NOT applicable when charged with any drug or alcohol-related matter; driving without a valid operator s permit, license or tag; a felony; leaving the scene; past-due citations; parking or environmental charges; appeals or warrants.

9 $2,000 FOR ATTORNEY FEES MCA provides up to $2,000 in legal fees to defend members for over 100 moving violations. Up to $200 for covered moving violations and up to $2,000 for criminal charges of negligent homicide or manslaughter arising from a covered traffic accident. Any fines or court costs are member s responsibility. NOT applicable when charged with any drug or alcoholrelated matter; driving without a valid operator s permit, license or tag; a felony; leaving the scene; past-due citations; parking or environmental charges; appeals or warrants.

10 $1,000 FOR ATTORNEY FEES MCA provides up to $1,000 in legal fees for an attorney to help members collect damages after an accident. Up to $500 to recover personal injury from an auto accident & up to $500 to recover vehicle damages from an auto accident. Any fines or court costs are member s responsibility. NOT applicable when charged with any drug or alcoholrelated matter; driving without a valid operator s permit, license or tag; a felony; leaving the scene; past-due citations; parking or environmental charges; appeals or warrants.

11 $5,000 STOLEN VEHICLE REWARD If someone steals your vehicle, MCA offers a $5,000 reward for information resulting in the conviction of the person who stole it. Reward will be paid to the individual responsible for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the thief. (Will not be paid to the member or their relatives.)

12 $1,000 CREDIT CARD PROTECTION MCA provides up to $1,000 in protection for lost or stolen credit cards. (Not available in Texas.) And, FREE credit card registration.

13 $500 FARM PROTECTION Membership provides $500 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals who steal livestock, stock trailer, tack or any farm equipment. Reward will be paid to the individual responsible for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the thief. (Will not be paid to member or relatives.)

15 EMERGENCY COVERAGE MCA Members are covered 24 hours a day if hospitalized as a result of injuries from a covered accident. At Home At Work In Town Around the Corner In Another State Underwritten by Individual Assurance Company.

16 $500 EMERGENCY CASH MCA pays up to $500 in emergency cash directly to members for emergency room or trauma center costs, resulting from a covered accident. Up to $100 for ER Facility Up to $100 for Anesthesia Up to $100 for X-Rays Up to $100 for Ambulance Service Up to $100 for Casts or Splints Underwritten by Individual Assurance Company.

17 HOSPITAL BENEFITS MCA will pay up to $54,750 when you are hospitalized as a result of a covered accident. Member receives $150 per day for up to one year for hospital room and board. Benefits are paid directly to members, not the hospital. Underwritten by Individual Assurance Company.

18 ACCIDENTAL DEATH BENEFIT If a member dies within 90 days of injuries resulting from a covered accident, MCA pays $10,000 accidental death benefit to the estate. Underwritten by Individual Assurance Company.

19 ACCIDENTAL DEATH COVERAGE Total security members can opt-in for an alternate $50,000 accidental death coverage at not additional cost. Members may enroll in one of three accident AD&D coverages: Option 1: $50,000 principal sum for the named member Option 2: $25,000 principal sum each for named member and spouse Option 3: $30,000 principal sum for named member, $15,000 for spouse and $3,500 for each child Up to $1,500 per year for qualified daycare of dependent children under the age of 13 (up to four consecutive years) Up to $1,500 per year for each dependent child enrolled in a qualified institution of higher education or dependent children in the 12th grade (up to four consecutive years) Up to $3,000 to retrain a surviving spouse to enter the job market *See description of coverage for qualifications and restrictions.
