1 ADVENTURE TIME BATTLE PARTY CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. MANY WILL ENTER; FEW WILL WIN. 1. ELIGIBILITY. The Adventure Time Battle Party Contest ( Contest ) is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least six (6) years of age and no older than fourteen (14) years of age as of 10/13/2014 and to be eligible for the Grand Prize must be able to meet designated Grand Prize travel requirements ( Travel Requirements ). The following are ineligible: employees and their spouses, immediate families (parent, child, sibling and any of their respective spouses) and household members of any of the foregoing (whether or not related) of The Cartoon Network, Inc. ( Sponsor ), Arch Marketing Solutions ( Administrator ), Atlantis, Kerzner International Resorts Inc., Time Warner Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, trustees, franchisees, participating vendors, distributors, cable affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and affiliated entities (collectively, including Sponsor and Administrator, the "Contest Entities"). Travel Requirements mandate that Grand Prize Winner(s), and his/her designated travel guests and a parent or legal guardian for each must have or obtain a valid passport at their own expense and be able to travel internationally to the Bahamas on a weekend designated by Sponsor in or about August The Contest is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering the Contest, participants and their parents/legal guardians agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules. 2. HOW TO ENTER. Participants may enter the Contest beginning 10:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ( ET ) on August 25, 2014 until 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 13, 2014 ( Contest Period ). Sponsor s computer is the official time clock. To enter the Contest, participants must (i) create or have a registered free account on Sponsor s website at (the Site ), (ii) log on to (the Contest Site ), which is part of the Site, using their valid username and password during the Contest Period, (ii) click on the Tournament tab of the Contest Site by completing a screen validating Contest eligibility criteria, and providing his or her first name and a valid address for his or her parent to opt- in to the tournament (the Tournament ), (iii) play the CARTOON NETWORK Adventure Time Battle Party multiplayer online battle arena ( MOBA ) game ( Game ), and (iv) earn a high score that is equal to or greater than one of the two hundred and three (203) top scores during the Contest Period (which may or may not be represented on the Tournament s leaderboard at any given time) ( High Score ). Participants who obtain a High Score at the end of the Contest Period will receive an to the parent s address with validation information and contest fulfillment instructions. No other methods of entry will be accepted. False or deceptive acts or entries, or entries generated by script, macro or other automated means will be void, will render a participant ineligible, and also may result in participant no longer being allowed to enter Sponsor s sweepstakes, contests or other promotions in the future, at Sponsor s sole discretion. Entries must be submitted in the name of an eligible living person and the prize can only be awarded to the e- mail account holder whose name is on or corresponds to the winning entry. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

2 The Contest Entities and each of their respective employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents (collectively, the Released Parties ) are not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider, telephone, telephone lines or other connections, preemptions, blackouts or any other non- controllable acts concerning a television broadcast, or incorrect, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, undelivered, lost, late, damaged, postage due or stolen entries, or other errors or problems of any kind which may limit or affect a person s ability to participate in the Contest. In the event of sabotage, acts of God, terrorism, computer virus, worm, bug, or other events or causes beyond the Contest Entities reasonable control, which corrupt the integrity, administration, security or proper operation of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. In the event of cancellation, termination, modification or suspension, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award the prize from among all eligible, non- suspect entries received up to the time of such action. 3. HOW TO WIN: On or around October 20, 2014, two hundred and three (203) potential winners (when verified by Sponsor as set forth below, the Winners, each a Winner ) who are determined by Sponsor to have earned a High Score in the Game and that have been independently verified by the Sponsor will be deemed to be the Winners. In the event of a tie, Sponsor will select the participants that are deemed to be the first to submit his/her winning Contest entry. The Winners with the top three (3) scores will each be eligible to be a Grand Prize Winner and the additional two hundred (200) Winners will each be eligible to be Runners- Up Winners. The Winners will be notified by Sponsor via their parent s and must meet all eligibility requirements including timely replying to Sponsor s notification and executing and returning all necessary releases and documents (if any) required by Sponsor. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules. If the potential Winner (i) cannot be contacted, (ii) fails to sign and return all necessary documents within the required time period, (iii) declines the prize, (iv) indicates he or she cannot meet Eligibility conditions including Travel Requirements or (v) fails to comply with any of the Official Rules as outlined herein, such potential Winner will be disqualified, the prize will be forfeited and a runner up will be selected as a potential Winner. The decisions of Sponsor in all matters regarding this Contest are to be made in the sole discretion of the Sponsor and are final and binding. 4. PRIZES. Three (3) Grand Prize Winners will each receive a three (3) days/two (2) nights trip to Paradise Island, Bahamas, an Adventure Time prize pack valued at $63.00, and Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) in the form of a check. The approximate retail value ( ARV ) of each Grand Prize is Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00). The total approximate ARV of all three (3) Grand Prizes is $12,000. The trip component of the Grand Prize consists of (i) up to four (4) round- trip, non- refundable coach class airline tickets for Grand Prize Winner and his/her designated travel guests ( Travel Companions ) for travel between the U.S. gateway city airport nearest the Winner s residence to the U.S. gateway city airport nearest Paradise Island, Bahamas, (ii) one (1) standard (quadruple) occupancy hotel room at the Atlantis Resort for Grand Prize Winner and Travel Companions for two (2) nights, and (iii) round- trip ground transportation to and from the airport to the hotel in the Bahamas. Grand Prize Winner must be accompanied on the trip by his/her parent or legal guardian traveling as one of the Travel Companions. All Travel Companions must have attained the age of majority in their place of residence or must be accompanied on the trip by a parent/legal guardian. Travel Companions will be required to complete, sign, have notarized (as applicable) and return, without limitation, travel, indemnification and liability releases and, except where prohibited by law, use of name and likeness releases.

3 Grand Prize Winner and Travel Companions are responsible for all other expenses not expressly provided for above, including without limitation, those incurred for ground transportation, checked baggage costs, snacks, beverages, and food, parking, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, room service, souvenirs, taxi fares, insurance, medical expenses, taxes or other personal expenses and hotel charges incurred during the trip. All travel arrangements must be coordinated by Administrator. Sponsor reserves the right to approve any travel dates/times. Travel must be taken from a Friday to Sunday in August, 2015, the exact dates to be announced in or around January, The travel must be booked at least sixty (60) days in advance and is subject to change, availability and Sponsor s approval. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Once travel is booked, no changes or cancellations will be accepted and no extensions or exceptions apply. Grand Prize Winner and Travel Companions will be required to travel together on the same itinerary. Grand Prize Winner and Travel Companions are solely responsible for obtaining any required travel documentation and for all fees associated therewith (if any) prior to taking the trip. Grand Prize Winner and Travel Companions must present valid identification or current passports prior to ticketing. Grand Prize Winner and Travel Companions are subject to the restrictions, rules and regulations set by airline carriers, hotels, transportation companies and tour/museum facilities. Sponsor is not responsible for any decrease in the value of the prize or the unavailability to the Grand Prize Winner and Travel Companions of all or any part of the Grand Prize resulting from the application of any such restrictions and regulations. No credits, refunds or substitutions will be made if improper documentation or failure to meet any rule or requirement of a travel provider/supplier results in denied boarding or entry or removal of Grand Prize Winner and/or Travel Companions from a travel provider s/supplier s premises. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip or any portion thereof if Grand Prize Winner and/or Travel Companions are in Sponsor s or Administrator s judgment acting in a disruptive, annoying, harassing, threatening or abusive manner or otherwise in violation of a rule or requirement of a travel provider/supplier, and the trip will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to Grand Prize Winner. The actual value of the Grand Prize will depend on dates of travel, point of departure and any airfare fluctuations. Any difference between approximate costs and actual costs will not be credited to the Grand Prize Winner. If Grand Prize Winner has fewer than three (3) Travel Companions accompanying him/her on the trip or uses ground transportation in lieu of air transportation, the prize will be awarded based on the actual number of travelers and Grand Prize Winner will not receive any compensation or substituted prizing of any kind in conjunction therewith. Two Hundred (200) Runners Up will each receive an Adventure Time Prize pack consisting of one (1) Adventure Time DVD, one (1) Adventure Time Card Wars Game and one (1) set of Adventure Time Headphones, with an ARV of Sixty- Three Dollars ($63) per prize pack. Total ARV of the Runners- Up prizes is Twelve Thousand Six Hundred ($12,600). Adventure Time Prize packs only will be sent to the legal residence of Winners in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES (203 PRIZES): Twenty- Four Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($24,600). No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. All details of the prizes not specified herein are at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Potential Grand Prize Winners parents will be sent an from the Administrator (the Prize Notification ) notifying them of their status and containing a prize acceptance package; potential Winners must submit a fully completed prize acceptance package consisting of an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity

4 Release (except where prohibited by law) or a Prize Acceptance Form, and any other required documents (collectively, the Winner Documents ), signed by a parent or legal guardian, offline by facsimile, mail or traceable courier as outlined in the supplied instructions, to Administrator for Administrator s receipt within five (5) days of date of the Prize Notification (as specified in the supplied instructions). If any potential Winners cannot be contacted or fails to sign and return the Winner Documents within the required time period, the person will be deemed ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and the participant who achieved the next High Score will be selected as an alternate potential Winner. Administrator will contact up to four (4) of the participants with the next High Score after which the prize(s) will be deemed unawarded. The decisions of Sponsor and Administrator in all matters regarding the Contest are final and binding. The potential Second Prize Winners, based on contest scores, will be sent an from the Administrator (the Prize Notification ) notifying them of their status and containing a prize acceptance package; the potential Winner must submit a fully completed prize acceptance package consisting of a Prize Acceptance Form and/or an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law), and any other required documents (collectively, the Winner Documents ), signed by Winner (or Winner s parent or legal guardian if Winner is a minor) and notarized (if applicable), offline by facsimile, mail or traceable courier as outlined in the supplied instructions, to Administrator for Administrator s receipt within five (5) days of date of the Prize Notification (as specified in the supplied instructions). If a potential Winner and/or his/her parent or legal guardian (i) cannot be contacted (including without limitation if a Prize Notification sent to a potential Winner is returned as undeliverable after two (2) attempts), (ii) fails to fully complete and return the Winner Documents within the required time period, (iii) declines a prize, or (iv) fails to comply with any of the Official Rules as outlined herein, such potential Winner will be disqualified, the prize will be forfeited and a runner up will be notified based on the next highest contest score. Administrator will conduct up to three (3) batches of runners- up notifications after which any remaining prizes will be deemed unclaimed and will not be awarded. Second Prize Winners should receive their prizes within four (4) to six (6) weeks of verification. Winner s parent or legal guardian will be responsible for payment of any applicable taxes and Grand Prize Winners will receive an IRS 1099 form. No substitution or transfer of prize or cash redemptions permitted by Winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute for the prize(s) (or a portion thereof) a prize(s) of comparable value in the event the prize(s) described herein (or a portion thereof) is not available for any reason. All details of the prizes not specified herein are at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Limit one (1) prize per person, address and household. Adventure Time Prize Pack Winners should receive their prize within four (4) to six (6) weeks of verification. Sponsor has the right to conduct a background check of any and all records of any winner, his/her parent or legal guardian, and his/her guests participating in winner s acceptance of the prize, including without limitation, civil and criminal court and police records. Sponsor may take all steps necessary to corroborate any information provided to Sponsor by the winner, winner s parent/legal guardian and any applicable guests and each must provide all information requested by Sponsor or Administrator to assist Sponsor and Administrator with the background check. If winner, his/her parent/legal guardian and/or any applicable guests have been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor, charged with or accused of engaging in any activities involving moral turpitude, harm to children, or any other activity that conflicts with Sponsor s image, Sponsor has the right in its sole discretion to disqualify the individual from participating in all or a portion of the prize and to pay the winner a cash substitute for the prize or any portion thereof. 5. GENERAL. By participating in this Contest, each participant and their respective parents/legal guardians grant the Contest Entities the right, unless prohibited by law, to use the participant s Submission, name, voice, picture and likeness, and biographical information, without compensation, further notification or approval, for the

5 purpose of advertising and publicizing the goods and services of the Contest Entities and all matters related to the Contest, in any manner or medium, throughout the world in perpetuity. THE RELEASED PARTIES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY RESPONSIBILITY AND PARTICIPANTS AND THEIR PARENTS/ LEGAL GUARDIANS AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASED PARTIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS AND AGENTS, FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, DEMANDS AND/OR LIABILITIES FOR INJURY/DEATH, DAMAGE OR LOSS TO ANY PERSON OR PROPERTY RELATING TO OR ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST (REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF SUCH INJURY OR LOSS), THE DELIVERY AND/OR SUBSEQUENT USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE AWARDED AND/OR PRINTING, DISTRIBUTION OR PRODUCTION ERRORS OR FOR LOST, LATE, MISDIRECTED, INCOMPLETE, CORRUPTED OR ILLEGAL/UNAUTHORIZED SUBMISSIONS. WINNER AND HIS/HER PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE PRIZE IS AWARDED AS IS AND THAT SPONSOR HAS NOT MADE, AND IS NOT IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, IN LAW OR IN FACT, RELATIVE TO ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ITS QUALITY, MECHANICAL CONDITION OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 6. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, participants agree that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and exclusively by the appropriate court located in New York, NY; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Contest, but in no event attorney s fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives any and all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages other than for actual out of pocket expense and waives any and all rights to have damages multiplies or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or participants and/or Sponsor s rights and obligations in connection with the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York. 7.
