We also have offices in Hanko and Kotka as well as in St. Petersburg, Moscow, Tallinn, Riga, Klaipeda, Kiev, Minsk, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö. We provide services to our clients throughout Finland, Russia, the Baltic States, Belarus, Ukraine, Denmark and Sweden. Lars Krogius provides prompt and reliable Survey and Loss Adjusting Services, Third Party Administrative Services and Claims Management Services to our clients. Such services include, but are not limited to Property, Business Interruption, Casualty, Marine, Claims Management and Special Schemes, Risk Management and Education Services. Today our staff of 90 highly qualified in-house professionals provide claims related services to insurers and other risk carriers in eight closely cooperating offices as one organisation.

2 MARINE SURVEYS AND CLAIMS MANAGEMENT Our Marine Survey staff provides professional and independent service where and when needed by both local and international principals. By maintaining our 24 h emergency phone, clients can be confident of reaching a surveyor in the shortest time and so be confident that their interests are being protected immediately. Our surveyors provide cargo, protection & indemnity, hull & machinery, CMR liability and quality & quantity surveys. Our specialized motor vehicle surveyors operate in key ports providing 24 h survey services which are synchronized with client specific loss prevention solutions. In close cooperation with Marine surveyors our Marine Claims Handling staff provides prompt service relating to collection of evidence, investigation and assessment of claim. Our claims adjusters provide advice on policy conditions claim settling, recoveries, salvage sales.

3 NON-MARINE LOSS ADJUSTING We are dealing with numerous large property losses under fire, liability and mechanical breakdown policies in our offices in Russia, the Baltic States, Denmark and Sweden. These losses have involved some of the major companies in the countries in question. Our loss adjusting team is also involved in adjusting smaller property claims through the brokers and various local and International Insurers. In Russia, Estonia, Latvia Lithuania, Ukraine, Belarus, Denmark and Sweden we handle a growing number of Property and Home Insurance related surveys yearly and in addition we act on behalf of the Insurance companies to monitor and control the repairs. With our experienced staff of surveyors and loss adjusters backed up by experts network we are confident we can assist you with any property claim.

4 NON-MARINE CLAIMS MANAGEMENT Our Non-Marine Claims Management staff provides claims handling and recovery services to principals with large claims base. Tailored solutions are based on through understanding of principal s needs. Currently our key accounts include among other liability claims for businesses, frequency claims management for property and home insurers and travel insurance claims. Non-Marine Claims Management staff handles also claims relating to EU 4th motor insurance directive, Green Cards and voluntary traffic insurance in Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus, Russia and Ukraine.
