Approved. Noting consideration to neighbours re: parking and any late night noise. Discussions to be held with Gardener regarding placement of marquee, retic timing, bins etc. Also, City of Gosnells regarding alcohol rulings. Pool: Upcoming inflatable in pool park 16 advertised to residents for Australia Day. VacSwim income of $ received from non-residents. Remainder to be banked after Australia Day expenses. Note: Our Belgravia Leisure Pool employees are Pool Attendants with life saving certification. They are not lifeguards. No further correspondence received regarding school hire of pool. 6 12. General Business: Another light pole with rust on spotted between bushland and Grenadier Drive. Austin to treat area where water sits, causing the rust. Also, a reminder not to use whipper snipper around poles. Tasmanian Blue Gum suggested as a large tree replacement for Park 16. Park 24 & 25 Trees - T & A Trees to be called to start removing dead wood and Gardeners to start planting Honorarium for Webmaster no longer living on estate. Yes. The work is still being done. 13.
