1 About EPTC Electronics Packaging Technology Conference (EPTC) is an international event organized by the IEEE Reliability/CPMT/ED Singapore Chapter, sponsored by IEEE CPMT Society in Singapore. It is one of the premier conferences in Asia, with a wide coverage of technological developments in all areas of electronic packaging from design to manufacturing and operation. Since its inauguration in 1997, EPTC has developed into a highly reputed electronics packaging conference in Asia. It is well attended by experts in all aspects related to packaging technology from all over the world. In 2015 we had over 350 attendees and almost 35 technical sessions. EPTC provides a strong platform to demonstrate your technologies and products as well as to expand your customer network. The 18 th Electronics Packaging Technology Conference (EPTC 2016) will take place from 30 th November to 3 rd December 2016 at the Suntec, Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre. ( We invite you to be the exhibitor, which will entitle your company to exhibit during the conference. The exhibition sponsorship for EPTC 2016 is S$4,000 for a table top booth exhibition (read below for more details). As an exhibitor, your company s name and logo will be included in the conference final program and appeared in the EPTC website. In addition, your company will have an account to EPTC 2016 mobile apps and to network with conference delegates & technical committee members. 2 Tabletop Exhibition (2 days): 1 st to 2 nd December 2016, 9:00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Tabletop Exhibition Registration Fee = S$4,000 Table-tops are subjected to availability. Spaces will be confirmed upon receipt of the completed form and payment. Note that Table allocation is made on a first-come, first-served basis. Layout information is attached in pg.4. One Electrical Point (220V/13 Amps) 3. Three Poster Panels of approx. 2.2m height x 3.0m width 4. Two Chairs Only bench-top equipment is allowed. ( Please do let us know if u have plans to bring equipment ) Package or material samples can be displayed on the table along with brochures/product literature. 3 RULES AND REGULATIONS 1) Qualification of Exhibitor: Exhibitor must be a manufacturer or independent representative of a manufacturer which produces products that conform to the subject matter covered in the technical program or that are used in relevant ancillary work (such as trade magazines or books, etc.) 2) Products and Services to be Exhibited: No exhibitor shall exhibit, or permit to be exhibited, in the space allotted to it any goods or services other than those that conform to the subject matter covered in the technical program, nor shall it exhibit, or permit to be exhibited, displays or advertises material of any sort, bearing any name or form of advertisement other than its own. 3) Space Usage and Allocation: The space applied for is to be used solely for the exhibitor whose name appears on the application and it is agreed that the applicant will not assign, sublet or apportion the whole or any part of the space allotted, without the prior written approval of EPTC ) Standard Booth Equipment: a) One 6ft x 1.5ft draped table b) One Electrical Point ~ 220VAC max 13 Amps. c) 3 Poster Panel (approx. 2.25m x 3m) d) Two chairs 5) Exhibit & Display Rules and Regulations: Tabletop exhibitors may place a sign or posters or literature on the poster panels provided. Table top equipments are allowed but please do check with EPTC 2016 in charge for more details. 10kg (except a PC or a video player with monitor), exhibit booths. 6) Installation of Exhibits: The exhibition will be on 1 st -2 nd Dec 2016 only. The exhibition timings are from 9:30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Exhibitors will be notified, at a later date, about the table set-up date and timing. 7) Contests, Promotions, and Literature Distribution: Exhibitors shall not permit exhibition raffles, donations, or other promotional measures that require guests to be present at a specified location and time. 8) Prohibited Functions: Any function which is not part of the EPTC 2016 Official Program is prohibited. 9) Liability Release and Indemnification: Exhibitor releases EPTC 2016, its sponsors from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses relating to or arising out of any injury, loss or damage to the hotel property or theirs. Exhibitor shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless EPTC 2016, its sponsors from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses relating to or arising out of any injury, loss or damage to the hotel property or theirs. 10) Refund Policy: EPTC 2016 will refund the exhibitor as follows in the event of cancellation or withdrawal: a) Cancellation made before 30 July S$800/- net b) Cancellation made before 30 September S$300/- nett c) No refund will be made if cancellation is made after 30 September ) Authority of Exhibition Management: EPTC 2016 shall have the authority to adopt and enforce all rules and regulations with respect to the event adopted by it or set forth herein. EPTC 2016 has the authority to enforce all rules and regulations. EPTC 2016 s decision on such matters shall be final. The rules and regulations printed on the reverse side hereof shall constitute part of this contract and the exhibitor agrees to abide and conform hereto. By signing below, the individual whose name appears on this contract represents that He/she is duly authorized to execute this binding contract on behalf of the named exhibitor. This contract shall not be binding unless and until accepted and approved in writing by the EPTC 2016 s duly authorized signature affixed below. 3
