10 WORKING WITH ANZIIF ANZIIF organises professional development and networking events in conjunction with key insurance industry professionals. Our events require the coordination and cooperation of a large number of delegates, speakers and stakeholders. To assist in ensuring the continued success of our events and making certain that your organisation s business objectives are achieved, we have developed a set of points to help you work effectively to implement your sponsorship. Make sure you have read, understood and agreed to all applicable sponsorship terms and conditions. Ensure you have ed your completed and signed sponsorship registration form to sponsorship@anziif.com, along with the below versions of your logo to be used in all applicable marketing communications and event materials. i. a hi-res (>1MB) full colour JPEG version of your logo ii. a hi-res (>1MB) full colour EPS version of your logo iii. a hi-res (>1MB) mono (one colour) JPEG version of your logo iv. a hi-res (>1MB) mono (one colour) EPS version of your logo If your sponsorship includes the opportunity to present a speech, ensure you are aware of and adhere to the allocated time length. Make sure you confirm your acceptance for your company representatives to attend (where applicable) no less than one month prior to the event, and confirm your attendee s names no less than one week prior to the event. (Note: if additional tickets are required, these can be bought via anziif.com/events.) Make sure all relevant materials and displays are set up no less than 30 minutes prior to the commencement time of the event. Ensure that all samples or gifts for attendees (where applicable) are delivered to the venue 24 hours prior to the event. (Note: it is your responsibility to ensure delivery directly to the venue using the venue delivery docket. ANZIIF will not take any responsibility for items that are delivered late or lost.) 13 TERMS AND CONDITIONS The organisers reserve the right to change the venue and duration if exceptional circumstances demand. In the event of a change of venue and / or duration, the agreement to participate will remain in force as long as the sponsor is informed at least one month prior to the event. The organisers reserve the right to accept or reject any application for sponsorship. Specific details and specifications regarding the artwork for logos and advertisements will be sent in your sponsorship pack post-approval. The pack also will contain all signage and collateral delivery information. In the event that a sponsor changes logos or branding, the organisers reserve the right to use the original logo supplied throughout the duration of the event campaign. Transition to the new logos or branding will only be made at the start of a new event campaign. Submission of sponsorship confirmation after the specified deadline may result in the sponsor not being provided with all of the listed benefits. Cancellation In the event of withdrawal of sponsorship after signing and returning the sponsorship agreement, your organisation will be liable for full settlement of the sponsorship. Payment details On receipt of the signed sponsorship agreement, confirmation will be sent with a tax invoice for the sponsorship total. Payment of 50 per cent of the sponsorship fee is to be settled within 30 days of receipt of invoice. Payment of the remaining 50 per cent is to be settled 30 days prior to the event date. Failure to settle the full payment prior to the event will result in your company being unable to participate.
