1 Maintenance, Repair and Replacement Responsibility Policy Suggested Contractors List June 2014 The following list is provided for homeowners use when a contractor is needed for homeowner projects. These are contractors that have been used or are being used by the Association. It is not required that homeowners choose from these contractors, but these contactors are qualified licensed and insured contractors and in some cases the contractor s documentation may already be on record in the office. The Maintenance Repair and Replacement Responsibility Policy (MRRRP) requires that most any project in the Village that is in, on or around Common or Limited Common Area must be performed by a licensed, bonded and insured contractor (See Item 2, Additional Rules and Guidelines, MRRRP for requirements). This list is provided as a courtesy to help homeowners find qualified service providers and it is not to be considered an endorsement or recommendation. It is the homeowner s responsibility to obtain the appropriate documentation from the contractors, obtain Village Architectural Control Committee approval and any local agency permits prior to starting a project.
