1 Relevance of the program:- Motor Insurance as a general insurance product line brings in the highest percentage of premium to the industry. Income from the Motor Liability portfolio has grown multifold in the last decade. However, it has also brought a lot of challenges along with it especially from the legal and claims points of view. One needs to take a holistic assessment of the problems plaguing the Motor Liability Insurance market in India, as there is a need for concentrated efforts by all stakeholders to bring this portfolio back into the ambit of profitability. The program is designed to give an in depth understanding of the subject and some factors that can help in managing the portfolio better. The Program is aimed at making Motor personnel involved in claims settlement at all levels i.e. processing, recommending and sanctioning, fully conversant with all the nuances of Motor Liability Insurance management. All rooms are fully furnished with attached bathroom and Internet facility. Rooms are reserved from noon onwards the day prior to the commencement of the program. The participants can stay till noon next day after the conclusion of the program. b) Non-residential participants: Total amount Required Rs.7316/-i.e. (Rs.6200/- plus 9% CGST and 9% SGST).
