No specific handling instructions were noted. INSURED / RISK: The risk is a one story mobile home of metal siding over wood frame construction with asphalt composition shingle roofing occupying approximately 1440 square feet. The address is 2575 South Willow Avenue, Space 86 Fresno, CA The dwelling and premises appear to be in a well maintained condition. Our contact has been with the insured son, Raymond Longworth, at (559) INSURABLE INTEREST: Title to the property is vested with the insured. The insured reports no other parties of insurable interest in the real personal property. CAUSE OF LOSS: The insured reports resultant cracking to ceiling and walls located in the hall bedroom, hallway and great room resulting from severe weather. The loss appears to have resulted from settlement. Additionally, the insured reports wind damage to south run of wood privacy fencing. DWELLING IS HABITABLE: The home is habitable. The dwelling has electricity and running hot water.

Wind damage was found to the south run of wood privacy fencing. Please find attached photographs and itemized estimate of repairs for your review. The replacement cost equates to $3, with an actual cash value of $2, Depreciation in this estimate is based on the following factors of actual age and useful life. Depreciation applied according to current state regulations. Useful life time frames were determined from Xactware 2008 depreciation tables. We have applied Overhead and Profit as there are at least three or more trades involved with the repairs. SUBROGATION: As settlement appears to have caused the resultant cracking to sheetrock ceiling and walls, subro is not viable. Inclement weather found to be proximate cause of fence damage, subro not viable SALVAGE: None of the discarded building materials have any salvage value. PROPOSED COURSE OF ACTION: As this concludes our handling of this assignment, we are now taking the liberty of retiring our file and submit our service invoice for your consideration.
