15 Criteria for ascertaining NBFC The Company shall be treated as an NBFC if: Its financial assets>50% of its total assets (netted off by intangible assets) and Income from financial assets>50% of its gross income (press release dated April 8, 1999) Both the requirements should be fulfilled. NBFC-ND-SI >/= 100 cr on attainment of asset size of 100 Cr effective date.??????
