1 Don t miss the 2nd Annual Children s Family Festival! Last year, Exhibition Park combined its New Year s Eve Family Fest and Children s Fest into a bigger and better show with expanded entertainment and exhibitors to attract a wider age range of kids, teens and the whole family. The show was extended into two days! In 2018, Exhibition Park continues with this format. Show dates and hours are as follows: Friday May 4 from 3-8 p.m. and Saturday May 5 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dear Exhibitor, In this package, please find enclosed: Trade Show contract 2018 Event Rules & Regulations Product and Brand Listing Please be sure to attach a business card to your contract. All booths must provide a certificate of insurance, as evidence insurance is maintained for the booth. Previous Exhibitor Application Deadline and Spacing Returning Exhibitors from the 2017 show will receive priority spacing based on the following conditions: The exhibitor is in good standing with Exhibition Park The exhibitor application for the 2018 show must be received by February 28, 2018 (if not your space will be released) PLEASE NOTE: In 2018, spacing and locations may change due to changes in the show. 3 Please provide us with a complete list of products being sold with brand name. You will be asked to remove any items not listed here. Your application will NOT be accepted without this information. For food items, please be specific

4 Contract Policies, Rules & Regulations Each booth space includes: 1-8 table, 2 chairs, 1-20amp/120V power and 2 exhibitor badges per 200 Sq. Ft. Additional exhibitor badges can be purchased on the contract sheet. If you require booth furnishings (additional chairs, carpets, etc.) please fill out the Event Services Contract (included in this package). There will be no guarantee of service, if additional items are not ordered on the contract provided. All staff members scheduled to staff booth locations are required to present either an Exhibition badge or daily admission ticket at the admissions area. Otherwise, they will be charged admission, which is nonrefundable. This applies to everyone entering the show, including drop-offs and pick-ups. Total registration fee is due upon acceptance into the show. All cancellations prior to February 28, 2018 are subject to a 25% Administration services fee. Exhibitors cancelling participation after February 28, 2018 will forfeit all monies. Cancellations must be made in writing. Exhibitors in violation of Event Regulations, following written notice, shall be excused from the show for one year and subsequently must request future participation as a new exhibitor. Show Management reserves the right to terminate or limit any demonstrations or displays, which in its opinion, are objectionable or inappropriate due to noise, toxic fumes, exhaust or smoke, or are detrimental to the character and nature of the show. Printed material for the purpose of solicitations is not allowed to be distributed during events unless authorized by Management. Utilities and Insurance Under no circumstances can anyone other than electricians contracted by Exhibition Park make electrical service connections or repairs All booths must provide a certificate of insurance, as evidence insurance is maintained for the booth. This includes Comprehensive General Liability Insurance. Please bring an extension cord. All booths are provided with power, however, not all the power is located directly in the booth space. Show Management, its officers nor agents will be held responsible or liable for any manner of loss or damage that may occur to property or persons during times of move-in and/or move-out. Exhibitors are responsible for all their materials and should take adequate security measures at all times. Space Allocation Event Administration will attempt to accommodate all applications for space, but due to limited availability and selection procedures, Event Administration will not guarantee space allocations. Event Administration reserves the right to make changes as necessary. Exhibitors in good standing have first right of refusal on space, not location. Any contracts from returning exhibitors not received by the application deadline date will be processed in conjunction with submissions of new applicants. Subletting of booth space is not permitted. Booth must be staffed at all times NO EXCEPTIONS. Transfer of application to another company other than whom it has been addressed to is not permitted. Exhibitors must contain all materials, demonstrations and promotional giveaways within the boundaries of their exhibit space. Stickers, windshield flyers, etc. are not permitted.

5 Entire display must remain intact throughout the show. Policy of Lethbridge Fire Prevention Bureau governing displays and exhibits under the Alberta Fire Code will be adhered to. Heating and burning devices (frying pan, candles, etc.) are not allowed inside, as this is against fire regulations. Helium balloons and propane cylinders are not permitted. Food Services All food at the show is to be controlled by Exhibition Park. No outside food is allowed to be brought into our buildings or onto our grounds, during an event where Exhibition Park is providing food service from any concession. No alcoholic beverages are permitted to be consumed at any exhibit site or display. The Public Health Act Food Regulations must be adhered to. General Raffle draws are not permitted unless a gaming licence is provided to Management. Show S Management reserves the right to make changes, additions or deletions to event regulations at any time considered necessary. It is understood that by exhibiting in a show, Exhibition Park does not relinquish the right to control the management of the show and the enforcement of Event Regulations. No signage representing Exhibition Park or any Exhibition Park sponsors can be covered or removed at any time. By signing this contract you give Exhibition Park permission to include your contact information on the exhibitor lists and to distribute these lists on Exhibition Park s website. In addition, your name as well as any pictures of your booth or pictures of company representatives may be used in public relations, marketing and other medical correspondence Exhibition Park deems appropriate.
