This presentation was prepared p for an audience of investment professionals and is for educational purposes only. It is not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy Fund interests. This information is not intended to constitute legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Prospective investors should consult their own advisors about such matters. No representation is made that this information is accurate or complete and it should not be relied upon as such. The Fund's interests may not be eligible for sale in some states or countries, nor suitable for all types of investors. Additional information will be provided upon request. 2
