2 Griffin Real Estate is the largest and most active investment manager in private equity real estate in CEE, privately owned by Maciej Dyjas and Nebil Senman. Griffin originates and manages private equity-type investments into real estate- -related companies and assets. Griffin invests on behalf of both its owners and its renowned international investors. The gross asset value of Griffin-managed investments across eight different platforms exceeds EUR 5 billion. 4 trendsetter Griffin, together with its partners, has established the first two Polish REITs In 2016, EPP listed on the Johannesburg and Luxembourg Stock Exchanges, with EUR 1.2 billion worth assets (now EUR 2 billion). In 2017, Griffin Premium RE.. listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, with Gross Asset Value of over EUR 0.6 billion (now EUR 735 million). The IPO was the second largest offer recorded on the market this year. Griffin established Griffin Property Finance The first and the largest non-banking platform to finance real estate developers and investors. Trend setter Griffin is developing Student Depot The first network of privately- -owned student housing. Griffin has established and develops Resi4Rent Poland s first rental housing platform.

5 most active record winner In 2015 Griffin, together with its partners, took over the biggest Polish developer Echo Investment. The deal was the largest real estate transaction in CEE and the largest transaction in Europe recorded that year. In 2016 Griffin was also responsible for another record deal: establishing EPP with the participation of Echo Investment and the new investor, Redefine Properties. record winner Also in 2017 Acting as the deal manager and co-investor Griffin finalized taking over the so-called M1 portfolio 28 retail properties. The value of the deal was about EUR1 billion.

7 Griffin Real Estate projects GRIFFIN PREMIUM RE.. First REIT-type company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the biggest owner of office properties, with some unique mixed commercial real estate. Globalworth, after buying 71.7% of shares, has become GPRE s strategic investor.

8 Griffin Real Estate projects echo investement The biggest Polish developer implementing investments in the residential, commercial and office sectors, controlled jointly by Pimco and Oaktree with 55.96% of the company s shares.

13 Griffin Real Estate projects CHARIOT TOP GROUP B.V. A consortium of three independent funds that closed an acquisition of a portfolio of 28 retail properties from funds managed by Ares Management L.P., AXA Investment Managers Real Assets and Apollo Rida. The value of the deal was around 1.0 billion eur. At the same time, under a separate agreement, the consortium resold a part of the portfolio to EPP. Griffin Real Estate acted as the transaction manager and co-investor. Currently, it co-manages Chariot Top Group B.V. portfolio.

15 Griffin s managing partners Maciej Dyjas Nebil Senman managing partner managing partner Maciej Dyjas, together with Nebil Senman, are shareholders of Griffin Real Estate a company of key importance on the commercial property market in Central and Eastern Europe. He is also a managing partner at the private equity fund Cornerstone Partners, which makes investments in, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, commerce, industry, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors among others. He gained management experience in the consulting company Wandel & Goltermann, Hewlett Packard Systems and continued as partner, managing partner and CEO at Eastbridge Group and key companies controlled by the Fund, such as NFI Empik Media & Fashion or Downtown Holdings New York. In 2014, Eastbridge Group held assets worth over USD 3 billion in the retail, consumer goods, and real estate sectors in CEE, EU and US. He graduated in Mathematics and IT from University of Warsaw, and pursued studies in the area of business and psychology of management and communication in Stuttgart and Frankfurt. Managing Partner at Griffin Real Estate. For nine years, Nebil Senman held leading positions as Senior Vice President and Supervisory Board Member of Oaktree s German and Polish real estate funds and operations worth several billion euros. Prior to joining Oaktree, he spent eight years dealing with the real estate and corporate consulting at Ernst & Young Real Estate (previously Arthur Andersen), where he held different managerial positions. He is a graduate of universities in Berlin (TU Berlin, EBS), Paris (ESCP Europe) and London (LSE) and holds an MBA and a degree in civil engineering. He also holds a post-graduate diploma in real estate management (EBS). He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, MRICS.
