3 Mission Statement Pathway of Hope is an approach that provides targeted services to families with a desire to take action to break the cycle of crises and enable a path out of intergenerational poverty. The Core Elements of Pathway of Hope are as follows: Provide targeted services to families with a desire to take action, changing life trajectories and increasing hope. Bring all the Army s internal resources to bear, aligning them to the needs of clients and focused on outcomes. Catalyze community collaboration in service of shared clients
