5 for reasons that are not related to the scheme but to its implementation, mainly because of the lack of compromise and political will from some national governments, the lack of involvement of social partners and regional and local governments, the questionable quality of the offers or failures in the effective integration of the participants into the labour market beyond the duration of the offer; Calls on the continuation of efforts to improve the implementation of the Youth Employment Initiative, including by ensuring that the offers of employment, education or training match with participant profiles and labour market demand in order to place participants in sustainable employment; AM\ docx 5/5 PE v01-00
