4 Key Steps 7 key steps have been identified, as critical to completing the Inventory of UN Nutrition Actions and developing a high quality UN Nutrition Strategy/Agenda at the Country Level. The final three are necessary to finalize a high quality UN Nutrition Strategy/Agenda, building on initial strategic discussions. 1. 6 Between February and May 2015, Mozambique piloted the UN network deliverables with support from REACH Consensus by members of UN Joint Team* on Nutrition on the process Inventory of Nutrition Actions completed by 6 agencies Interviews conducted with nutrition focal points 2 day planning workshop using results from inventory and interviews Debrief meeting with UNRC and UN Reps Consensus to develop UN Joint Strategy on Nutrition UN Nutrition Strategy/Agenda to be finalized by September 2015 * FAO, IFAD, UNFPA, UNICEF, WFP, WHO 6

12 Available Support Resources UN Network / REACH Secretariat A Guidance Package is available from the UN Network / REACH Secretariat to aid those leading UN Networks at country level to undertake the recommended actions Where possible, the UN Network / REACH Secretariat will offer analytical support on analysing Inventory data and/or overall process guidance. Experienced REACH Facilitators Contact details of REACH Facilitators (current/past) who have been through the process and may be available to act as a sounding board and/or mentor to those Facilitators undertaking the process is available through the UN Network / REACH Secretariat. Pre-Identified Consultants A list of consultants suitable for supporting UN Networks for SUN, at the country level, is available through the UIN Network / REACH Secretariat. Local Resources UN Networks are encouraged to leverage qualified locally available resources, if additional support is required to complete recommended UN Network actions / key deliverables. 12
