The proposed project listing, Exhibit A, is required by the Road Fund, Fund Management Plan, as approved by BFMY See Section 1004 C Exhibit A, project listing, just lists the projects. There is no indication that the projects listed are "construction ready". The assumption is that the list was developed using the process and criteria contained in the Road Fund Management Plan. 3. Exhibit A, project listing, should include additional information by adding a column with heading "chapter". 4.
