1 Terms and conditions: BBazaar Exclusive Deal BBazaar refers to BBazaar Online Marketing Services Sdn. Bhd. Promotion refers to the BBazaar offers available to users on successful application and disbursal of personal loan product(s) on during the promotion period. Vouchers refers to Tesco Voucher issued by BBazaar to the applicant upon qualifying for the Promotion. Promotion Period Promotion is valid for applications submitted through from now to 30 September 2018 and disbursement of loan on and before 30 th September Promotion Mechanics For Citi Personal Loan applicants: Customers whose Citi Personal Loan is disbursed on and before 30 th September 2018, will get Tesco Voucher worth RM50. Customer can have the option to choose Tesco Online Voucher for Tesco Online Shopping or Tesco Cash Voucher for shopping at Tesco Stores. For Standard Chartered Bank s Personal Loan applicants: Customers whose Standard Chartered Bank s Personal Loan is disbursed on and before 30 th September 2018, will get Tesco Voucher worth RM50. Customer can have the option to choose Tesco Online Voucher for Tesco Online Shopping or Tesco Cash Voucher for shopping at Tesco Stores. For validated customers that opted for Tesco Cash Voucher, the fulfilment will be done within 6 weeks to your preferred delivery address as mentioned in the loan approval/disbursal letter. Other Terms & Conditions BBazaar is not responsible for any performance or quality claims associated with such description of the Voucher. Redemption of the Voucher shall be completely governed by the Tesco Voucher terms & conditions and any query/claim/dispute may be referred to Tesco alone. By use of this Voucher, you agree specifically to the terms and conditions of the Voucher and any additional terms as may be determined by its issuing merchant. BBazaar does not make any warranty in relation to the Voucher, including, without limitation, their validity and/or value and/or quality. BBazaar is not a party to any transaction that you may enter into as a result of you redeeming/receiving the Voucher. No Voucher requests/claims will be entertained for any personal loan is approved and disbursed after the expiry of the time lines mentioned above. By obtaining the Voucher through BBazaar you acquire only the right to use the same as per terms and conditions stipulated therein. 3 Approval and disbursement of any personal loan product(s) shall be at the sole discretion of partner banks. BBazaar shall not be liable for loss or damage of the Voucher once distributed. Voucher can t be replaced or cancelled after issue. In addition to the above, the Voucher is subject to the terms of use of and these additional terms and conditions. No cash or credit alternative in lieu of the Voucher is available under the Promotion. Reproduction, resale, modification or trade of Voucher is prohibited. Tesco Online Voucher once used cannot be reused. BBazaar reserves the right to add, modify or discontinue the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time without prior notice. BBazaar reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants. By taking part in this Promotion, participants confirm that they accept the terms and conditions set out herein. The decision with respect to the purchase of any financial product like personal loans or the viability of any financial product or service shall always be the sole responsibility and decision of the user /subscriber/participant. BBazaar shall not be liable for any losses suffered by any participant/customer due to rejection of any application by the partner banks. The Voucher is available on select product(s) only. Customer must contact the Voucher Merchant directly for any guarantee/warranty or servicing related issues. You agree and warrant to raise all the complaints pertaining to the quality and servicing and of the Voucher directly with the merchants providing Voucher i.e. Tesco. 4 Terms of Use for Tesco Voucher If the customer opts for Tesco Cash Voucher, see below for the terms of use for cash voucher a) Voucher can be used as cash to buy merchandise at any Tesco Stores in Malaysia b) Voucher is non-exchangeable, non-refundable (i.e. not returnable for cash or new voucher) c) No change will be given if the purchase value is less than the value of Voucher d) Voucher can be used together with cash (legal tender), credit card or debit card e) Voucher valid for 365 days from the date of issuance or until a pre-determined fixed expiration date f) Voucher is valid for one redemption only g) Voucher is not valid at the Food Court or any outlets not operated by Tesco h) Tesco will not entertain any claims for defaced, damaged or lost Vouchers i) Tesco reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice If customer opts for Tesco Online Voucher see below for terms and conditions for Tesco Online Store Shopping taken from Tesco Malaysia Website Terms of Use for Tesco Online vouchers (Tesco Voucher) Terms & Conditions as taken from Tesco Malaysia Website a) Voucher is valid for all new and existing GHS customer b) Validity of Voucher shall be displayed on the Voucher itself c) Voucher is redeemable via Tesco Online website and Tesco Online Malaysia apps only. d) Each Voucher is only valid for one (1) redemption only. e) Only one (1) Voucher could be redeemed in one transaction. f) This Voucher cannot be sold, bought, exchanged or donated. g) Multiple usage of Voucher across multiple transactions and/or elements of fraud will lead to cancellation of the order. h) Tesco Online delivery is valid for selected location within Klang Valley area, Penang, & Johor Bharu. i) No refund is permitted once the Voucher is purchased & no refund for any unused Voucher. j) Cash is strictly not accepted. Customers must pay the difference using credit card for payment. k) Tesco reserves the right, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of Terms and Conditions of use at any time. 5 l) Your use of the Voucher indicates your agreement to be bound by these Voucher Terms and Conditions. m) Tesco shall not be liable to any customer or household for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any Voucher or any failure or inability of a customer or household to use a Voucher for any reason. n) When you use a Voucher you warrant to Tesco that you are the duly authorised recipient of the Voucher and that you are using it in good faith. o) If you redeem, attempt to redeem or encourage the redemption of Vouchers to obtain discounts to which you or a third party are not entitled you may be committing a civil or criminal offence. p) If we reasonably believe that any Voucher is being used unlawfully or illegally we may reject or cancel any Voucher and you agree that you will have no claim against us in respect of any rejection or cancellation.
