1 Terms and Conditions of the program 1. The RBL Bank Credit Card Offer("Offer") from RBL Bank Limited ("RBL Bank") is conducted in partnership with Vouchagram India Private Limited ( Vouchagram ) and is open to select residents of India holding a valid and current RBL Bank Credit Card("Card") i.e. with no outstanding more than 30 days("cardmember"). 2. These offers are valid for Indian citizens only. 3. Offer period valid till June 21, As a part of the offer, Cardmember can buy E-vouchers from designated participating merchants using their RBL Bank Credit Card. Payments made through any other mode will not be eligible to avail the offer. 5. Under this Offer, Card member can avail discount on purchase of E-vouchers as specified in the communication. The E-voucher will be sent instantly on id and mobile number of the customer as specified during the purchase. 6. The E-vouchers are electronically sent to the card member. Card member can further use the E- voucher codes at the respective merchant outlets. 7. In case the Card member misplaces the E-voucher, he can give the MISSED Call at The E-voucher code will be resent instantly. 8. The Offer is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified). 9. Any disputes arising out of this Offer shall be subject to arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 including any statutory amendments carried thereof. Arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by RBL Bank for this purpose and the award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the card member and RBL Bank. The Place of arbitration shall be New Delhi and the language of arbitration shall be English. Existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against RBL Bank. 10. Card members are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a "best effort basis". 11. RBL Bank reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to the Offer at any time without prior notice. 12. RBL Bank or Vouchagram will not be responsible for any incorrect mobile number or id entered by the Card member at the time of purchase and consequent non-receipt of the E- voucher Code. 13. The program is governed with additional terms as defined by Vouchagram. Card members are advised to read the Terms and Conditions under each Instant voucher on the offer page : and those mentioned below before making a purchase. 14. Prior to using the Offer website: the Card member should read and understand the user agreement of the said website and proceed only if they

2 agree to abide by the same. Card members will be required to give personal information and other details online. Card members should read and understand the privacy policy on the website, prior to providing any such information. Any disclosure of information made by the Card members towards availing or fulfillment of this offer is at the sole discretion of the Card members and RBL Bank will not be responsible for the same. 15. RBL Bank Limited is merely displaying services/ offers provided by third party(ies) and RBL Bank is not rendering any of these services/ offers. RBL Bank is neither endorsing third party(ies) / services nor responsible for quality of the services offered/ products by third party(ies). RBL Bank will not bear any obligation or liability if a customer avails such services of third party(ies). All service related queries/ complaints will be addressed to the respective third party(ies) only. The customer is free to avail such services from any other sources/ platforms. Marks n Spencer: Terms and Conditions The holder of the Instant Gift Voucher / e Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card number is deemed to be the beneficiary Beneficiary should announce the intent of using the Instant Gift Voucher before the billing. Only valid Instant Gift Voucher at the sole discretion of Marks & Spencer shall be accepted for redemption The Validity of the voucher is 6 months Marks & Spencer or its affiliates are not responsible on account of the beneficiary sharing the Instant Gift Voucher number and the Voucher getting redeemed on that account The Brand may ask for a valid Government identity proof at the time of redeeming the Instant Gift Voucher Instant Gift Vouchers will be accepted across all outlets mentioned, but Marks & Spencer at its sole discretion may add or remove an outlet from the list without giving any prior notice Marks & Spencer makes full efforts to accept all Instant Gift Vouchers but on account of technical / administrative reasons, an outlet may refuse to accept vouchers This Instant Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates, Marks & Spencer may add or delete any date on its sole discretion Marks & Spencer or any of its partners would not be liable for any form of compensation etc/ on account of an outlet not being able to accept Instant Gift Voucher. The customer would be liable to settle the bill If an Instant Gift Voucher gets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get activated in 72 received, decision of the company shall be final write in to help@mygyftr.com or call for immediate help

3 Lifestyle: Terms & Conditions The electronic gift card (egc) is redeemable at all listed Lifestyle, Home Centre, Bossini & Melange Stores within India. For list of Stores click here : This E-Gift card cannot be used at Cafes/Food Courts within Lifestyle. This egc cannot be used for purchase of electronic goods and any Jewellery. This E-Gift card is redeemable only once and only by the bearer. This E-Gift card is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue. This E-Gift card needs to be used in full. In case the value of the merchandise exceeds the value of egc, the difference shall be paid by the bearer. No refunds / credit note shall be issued for unused part of the E-Gift card. Protect the E-Gift card number and PIN to avoid misuse. Lifestyle shall not assume any liability in case the egc PIN gets stolen/compromised; Lifestyle shall neither replace the egc nor refund cash. Once the E-Gift card is issued, Lifestyle will not entertain any request for cancellation. Any exchange by the bearer will be considered a valid discharge of Lifestyle's liability. Lifestyle reserves the right to alter any / all the terms and conditions of this E-Gift card any time without prior notice. Shoppers Stop Terms & Conditions E Gift voucher is redeemable for merchandise at Shoppers Stop, Shoppers Stop Airport Stores, Home Stop & Mothercare* (*Operated by Shoppers Stop Limited) within India. E Gift Voucher is redeemable for merchandise at our online store Purchase of Mobiles, Mobile Phone Accessories, Cameras, mp3 players, laptops, 22K & 24K Gold Jewelry & Gold Coins of any Jewelry brand is not allowed through this E Gift Voucher. E Gift Voucher is not redeemable for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for a gift voucher/gift card. E Gift Voucher cannot be reloaded. E Gift Voucher is valid for a period of 6 months from its date of issue. Partial redemption of E GV shall not be allowed at the store only a credit note shall be issued for the balance amount in case of part utilization of EGV. If the E Gift Voucher is lost or stolen, neither will a new E Gift Voucher will be issued nor will the money be reimbursed in any manner. Shoppers Stop Limited shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchases made using this E Gift Voucher. The holder of this E Gift Voucher shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the E Gift Voucher and the credentials mentioned on it. No duplicate E Gift Voucher will be issued. E Gift Voucher is property of Shoppers Stop Limited to whom it should be returned on request.

UCB may add or delete any date at its sole discretion UCB or any of its partners would not be liable for any form of compensation etc. on account of an outlet not being able to accept Instant Gift Voucher. The customer would be liable to settle the bill If an Instant Gift Voucher gets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get activated in 72
