1 What the Borrower Sees Using DocuSign 1

2 In this tutorial you will view the Borrower s experience as they: esign documents through the WebCenter using DocuSign 2

3 Borrowers will receive an similar to the one below when they have edisclosures to esign The body of the will give them an Authorization Code, list the documents for signature and provide a link to the WebCenter **Please make sure they check their spam or junk folders to ensure these s are not lost 3

4 When the Borrower clicks Click here to visit the website it will take him to this page where he will simply enter the property address, enter his name and create a password. If the Borrower has already created an account, skip to Slide #8. If there is no Subject Property entered in Encompass this will ask for the Borrower s Current Address 4

5 When the Borrower is finished, this screen will automatically display asking the Borrower to check his for an activation link: 5

6 This will come from ESSEX MORTGAGE The Borrower will Click here to activate this account 6

7 The Borrower will follow the link to activate his account and log in to his WebCenter Account. 7

8 When the Borrowers log into the WebCenter they will see a summary of their loan details They will see their Electronic Loan Document Request that needs to be signed in Bold. They will click on the Bold document to begin the esignature process. Notice: The Borrowers Previous Documents are still visible below Documents will be uploaded in LEAP. Do not upload documents here. 8

9 When the Borrower clicks the bold Electronic Loan Document Request the Borrower s name will be visible Notice: If there is more than one Borrower, each Borrower s name will appear and each Borrower has his/her own set of documents to esign 9

10 When the Borrower clicks on his/her own name, both esignable as well as documents that need to be wet-signed will display Instructions for esigning and for printing and signing are shown 10

11 To esign the documents just click the esign button 11

12 A long page will display asking for the Borrower s Consent to esign. The Borrower clicks I agree I agree 12

13 Once the Borrower clicks esign, he will be asked to enter his Authorization Code. Once the Authorization Code is entered, Click Next The Authorization Code hint was sent to the Borrower in the original 13

14 The DocuSign process is very user friendly If there is wording about cookies, click OK Click NEXT 14

15 Click START to begin 15

16 Click the Yellow button that says Sign 16

17 The Borrower has the opportunity to choose a signature. Change the style or draw the style. Click Adopt & Sign to get started Click Adopt & Sign to get started 17

18 Click Sign at each Signature place provided. DocuSign will fast forward to the next signature spot. At any time that the Borrower wants to go back and review or read documents he can scroll back. The arrow will display NEXT. He can click NEXT to easily find his next signature point. 18

19 When all documents are signed click Finish 19

20 After clicking Finish, the Borrower will be directed to the Loan Detail page. The Borrower will Click her name again to see the documents that need to be printed, signed and faxed 20

21 Notice, esigned will be green to indicate that the documents are already signed! Click Print to see and print all the documents you already esigned. Scroll down to see the documents that need to be wetsigned. Print, sign & fax these documents 21

22 The Borrower may have documents that cannot be esigned. Print The Borrower can click Print to access the documents that required a wet signature 22

23 The documents that require a wet signature will have a fax cover sheet. The Borrower can print the documents, sign them and fax them directly to their Loan in Encompass using the fax cover sheet. 23

24 Once the Borrower has esigned the documents, Essex Mortgage will be notified and will notify the Broker, Account Executive and Account Manager 24
