1 Lohr Elementary School 2013 Fall Fundraiser Parents, Students, Faculty and Staff, We are about to undertake an important Fundraising Drive for our school. We plan to make this our only major fundraiser for this year, and hope that you will give us the necessary support to make it an overwhelming success. Enclosed you will find an order form and the catalog(s) from which we will be selling. In addition to the great prizes for the students, we make between 40%-50% profit on the items we are selling. Our goal is to have everyone participate in the fundraiser. We plan to use the money we raise to provide programs, field trips and supplies throughout the school year. Thank you in advance for your support and generosity. Prize Information In addition to the Accumulative Prize Program featuring Castaway Bay, there will be the following prizes: 2 Top sellers in the school, based on dollar amount, will receive a $50 Visa Gift Card. Top seller per grade, based on dollar amount, will enjoy a LIMO LUNCH. Sell 20 items and you ll be entered into a drawing for a LIMO LUNCH (11 names drawn). Sell 15 items and you will receive a PERRY PANTHERS Custom T-Shirt. Sell 12 items and you will be entered into a drawing to win a Snow Cone Machine (2 names drawn). Sell 5 items and you will be entered into a drawing to win a $100 Visa Gift Card. Every student receives a free Domo Poster. (enclosed) ** All orders and payment must be turned in on time to qualify for the prizes listed above. ** Placing Orders Use the 4 part order form enclosed for all brochures. Keep the back seller copy and return the other 3 copies to the school. Make sure the order form includes the student s name and home room teacher s name. Keep the catalogs for future reference upon receipt of merchandise. Payment Information Payment is due at the time orders are PLACED. Orders will not be accepted without payment. Cash, Checks, and Money Orders will be accepted. Please send in one check or money order for the entire order, payable to LOHR School. If paying by check or money order, please include the name of the student from whom you ordered. Important Dates Orders and Payment are due at the school on.
