8 FY 2017/18 Submission & Verification Dates Submission Dates January 15 th February 15 th March 15 th April 15 th *May 15 th *June 15 th Verification Dates N/A February 5 th March 5 th April 5 th May 5 th *June 5 th *July 5 th * Note: If your college is going to be returning unused funds, please do this no later than the April 15 th. The CCCCO cannot redistribute those funds to other campuses in need if done. Those funds then revert back to the State General Fund.
9 FY 2017/18 Forms Submission Process By the 15 th of each month, completed and signed forms to be scanned and sent to On the 5 th of each following month the Financial Tracker Report will be posted to the CalWORKs homepage indicating: Date form Received Date NOT Approved Date & $$ Amount Approved It is the responsibility of each campus to check this report on a monthly basis This report is the formal approval document that may be shared with college boards, and fiscal and accounting offices. Individual memorandums will not be distributed
