5 Motor Vehicle Insurance Policy Novated Lease Risk Management has contracted Vero to manage Optus novated lease vehicle Insurance claims from the 1st July All claims will be managed from their head office in Sydney. Policy Number CAS Policy The insurance vehicle policy includes: All vehicles are comprehensively insured. In the event of a total loss the Finance Termination Amount or Market Value whichever is higher or in the event of the vehicle being a total loss during the first twelve months, a replacement vehicle or the cost of a replacement vehicle, inclusive of accessories Car hire available for up to 3 weeks for every single accident Windscreens are considered a consumable A review of this policy including premiums will occur 1st August 2009 Accident Procedure In the event of an accident the following procedure should be followed Ring First Assist on to notify of accident. If vehicle needs to be repaired they will recommend an Optus nominated repairer. If a replacement vehicle is required please hire a vehicle through Hertz Rent a Car and quote the discount number CDP This is to be paid by corporate Amex. All correspondence relating to the accident is between Vero and the driver. Any correspondence received by the driver from any third party should be forwarded to Vero immediately. No correspondence is to be sent to the Optus Fleet, including vehicle Accident and Incident report forms. Vehicle Excess All driver at fault and unidentified third party accidents, will incur a maximum Pre Tax excess of $ The excess will be charged to the driver s novation fund.
