1 WHAT IS AN ESCAPE ROOM? Escape rooms are experiences for anyone who enjoys hands-on puzzle solving, quick thinking, and interactive games. You and your team are "locked" in one of our themed rooms containing puzzles and riddles which must be solved within the hour in order to successfully escape. The rooms vary in size and complexity and each room offers its own unique challenge. Don't worry about getting stumped, each of our rooms is run by a Game Master who will walk you in, give you the do's and don'ts, and will also administer helpful hints and clues to aid in your escape. BOOKINGS Escape rooms begin PROMPTLY at their posted start time, you must arrive minutes before game time. Groups with any players under 16 years old MUST have an adult (18+) player with them. No children under the age of 7 are allowed in our escape rooms. Groups with children aged 7-10 MUST reserve a full room (Private Event). If you want to play an escape room that you have already attempted, you MUST reserve the entire room. If your group has more than the maximum number of players allowed in a room, give us a call and we may be able to work something out! BOOKINGS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE RESCHEDULED. Once purchased, escape room tickets CANNOT be refunded and CANNOT be rescheduled because your space is being guaranteed for the selected time slot.

2 RULES (YOUR GAME MASTER WILL GO OVER THESE BRIEFLY WHEN THEY TAKE YOU INSIDE THE ESCAPE ROOM) 1. No photos or videos are allowed inside of the rooms 2. No children under the age of 7 are allowed in the rooms. Children 7-10 must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the room, however our escape rooms are not recommended for groups of children under the age of ten. 3. All puzzles and riddles can be solved with both feet on the ground, no climbing or jumping necessary. 4. There may be objects in the room that have stickers on them with labels such as "Don't touch" or "Do not lift"... these stickers mean what they say and they are there to keep you safe. 5. If it does not move or open easily...it is not meant to move or open. Please do not force objects or locks open. 6. Any broken rule will result in a 5 minute time penalty. Our rules are easy to follow and are rarely ever broken. GENERAL TIPS Follow the rules...your game master can see and hear you at all times! Communicate! Teamwork is a MUST! Explore! Don't be afraid to rummage around! Divide and Conquer. Don't be a peewee soccer chasing the ball. There can be multiple puzzles to work on at any given time.

3 Different people excel at different puzzle types. If you get stuck on the same puzzle for awhile, invite someone else to look at it for a fresh take on it! The most obvious answer is usually the correct one. If there are children in your group, do not underestimate them. They can see things in ways that you cannot. These rooms are meant to be challenging, don't be disgruntled if you do not escape. If you are working with strangers, don't fret! You have a statistically better chance of escaping! WAIVER Everyone over 18 in your group will need to sign an individual waiver if they want to play the room, adding minors as needed. You can add as many minors as you need to each adult waiver. Signing the waiver here means you do not have to sign it when you check in with us, but you can also sign the waiver before your game during check in. Signing a waiver form does not = completed booking! If you would like a copy of the waiver sent to you, make sure you check " myself a copy" If you did not receive confirmation make sure to check the spam folder in your

4 Paulding Education Foundation Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement with Parental Consent ( Agreement ) FOR THE VALUABLE CONSIDERATION OF PARTICIPATING IN THE ESCAPE GAME AND OTHER ACTIVITIES UPON THE PREMISES ( PREMISES ) ORGANIZED BY Paulding Education Foundation AND OF PERMISSION FOR ENTRY UPON THE PREMISES (collectively, Activity ), I,, ACKNOWLEDGE, agree, and represent that I understand the nature of the Activity and that I am qualified, in good health, and in proper physical and emotional condition to participate in such Activity. I further agree and warrant that if, at any time, I believe the conditions to be unsafe, or if I am unfit for any component of Activity participation, I will immediately discontinue participating in the Activity. I FULLY UNDERSTAND that: (a) THE ACTIVITY INVOLVES RISKS AND DANGERS OF SERIOUS BODILY INJURY, (including: physical, psychological, emotional or other injuries), pain, suffering, illness, permanent disability, paralysis, and death ( Risks ); (b) these Risks and dangers may be caused by my own actions, inactions, negligence, conditions related to travel, or the condition of the Premises, the actions or inactions of others participating in the Activity, the conditions in which the Activity takes place, or the negligence of the Releasees named below; and (c) there may be other risks or social and economic losses either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time; and I FULLY ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSSES, COSTS, AND DAMAGES I incur as a result of my participation, or that of the Minor named below, in the Activity, including travel to, from and during Activity. I AND EACH OF MY HEIRS, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, GUARDIANS, CONSERVATORS, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS AND CONVENANT NOT TO SUE, AND HEREBY RELEASE AND DISCHARGE, Paulding Education Foundation, its owners, administrators, directors, managers, agents, officers, members, volunteers, employees, participants, officials, insurers, affiliates, successors and assigns, in their official and individual capacities, and owners and lessors of the Premises on which the Activity is conducted (each of the forgoing shall be considered one of the Releasees herein) FROM ALL LIABILITY,

5 CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES OR DAMAGES ON MY ACCOUNT CAUSED OR ALLEGED TO BE CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE ACTIVITY, INCLUDING THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE (BUT EXCLUDING THE GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OF ANY RELEASEE), AND I FURTHER AGREE that if, despite this RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, I, or anyone on my behalf makes a claim against any of the Releasees, I WILL INDEMNIFY, SAVE, AND HOLD HARMLESS EACH OF THE RELEASEES from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss, liability, damage, or cost which may be incurred as the result of such claim. Such release, discharge, and covenant not to sue to the Releasees includes, without limitation, any possible legal claim for an act, or failure to act, amounting to negligence on the part of any of the Releasees. I ALSO FULLY UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT Paulding Education Foundation LIABILITY FOR NEGLIGENCE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, AND LOSS IS LIMITED TO THE PRICE PAID FOR ADMISSION. I am aware that the Activity involves: simulated confinement in a room(s), mentally intense situations and may be physically intense and induce stress. Physical activity may include, but is not limited to, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, limited vision, variations of lighting, feelings of pressure, enclosed space, constraints, exposure to laser lights, etc. This list is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all exposures that may occur in an Activity. I acknowledge that I have been informed by Paulding Education Foundation that if I have any health limitation then I may choose not to participate in the Activity and a full refund will be provided. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM AGE 18 OR OLDER, HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, HAVE SIGNED IT FREELY AND WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT OR ASSURANCE OF ANY NATURE AND I INTEND IT TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW. I ADDITIONALLY PERMIT Paulding Education Foundation TO PHOTOGRAPH OR VIDEOTAPE MY PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITY, INCLUDING SOUND AND VIDEO RECORDINGS (collectively, Recordings ). I GIVE Paulding Education Foundation ALL RIGHTS TO MARKET, PUBLISH, REPRODUCE (IN ANY AND ALL MEDIA), AND OTHERWISE USE THE RECORDINGS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.
