In support of its petition, Verizon states as follows: I. Verizon intends to review the upcoming Staff report, and may comment on Staff s comments and recommendations and those of other parties. Verizon's appearance and participation will not unreasonably broaden the issues, burden the record, or unreasonably delay this proceeding. 2
