It has just recently come to my knowledge, that many legal court actions have secretly taken place and further without my knowledge and agreement, in regards to Leroy Strachan Estates. Talking with Jennifer today, I was somewhat relieved to discover, that she apparently was proceeding under good intentions and under the best of her knowledge and ability in matters of Leroy Strachan Estates. After regaining my composure over what was done in my absence and knowledge, Jennifer did manage to explain what progress has been made and what problems still exist. Alex, as we were good friends during childhood, and today having listened to Jennifer discuss your, apparently, good faith actions trying to advance progress in the Estate of former friends, upon hearing the checking account balance of the Estate, one would conclude that the Estate is anemic, paltry, and pathetic some 2 ½ years after Probate was started. Alex, Leroy Strachan Estates is one of the richest in the Bahamas! Much, much, more was expected 2 ½ after probate started! I am truly sorry that you had to find out the hard way, that some of my relatives there in the Bahamas are very unethical, greedy and dangerous. That said, I must conclude now by saying that the handling of the Estate, and the non-progress thus far, is forcing me to seek legal counsel from other than your law office. Not that my opinion matters here anyway, but at this time, I don t care one way or another if Jennifer choses your office and you agree to being Jennifer s attorney in these matters. Alex, please reply to this and thereby re-establishing contact with me. Just below is my contact information, which by the way, has not changed at all since any and all contact was ever made with you or your office. He also indicated that Jennifer plans to sell the properties to raise the needed funds to cover legal costs plus pursue other properties that are more challenging due to land acquisition (in progress and /or completed). Also, I did attempt to reach you by and telephone several times to discuss prior to meeting with Mr. Ferguson but without success. I will wait to hear from you.
