3 R.S.A. c. L70 Limited Partnership Rules R.R.A. L70-1 Revised Regulations of Anguilla: L70-1 (R.S.A. c. L70) LIMITED PARTNERSHIP RULES Note: These Regulations are enabled under section 26 of the Limited Partnership Act, R.S.A. c. L70. Interpretation 1. In these Rules Act means the Limited Partnership Act; $ means the unit of currency of the United States of America. Fees 2. The fee required to be paid under the Act for a filing or other service set out in Column 1 of Schedule 1 is the amount set out opposite (a) in Column 2 if the filing or other service is done other than electronically; and (b) in Column 3 if the filing or other service is done electronically. Forms 3. For the purposes of the Act, the Forms set out in Schedule 2 to these Rules shall be used for the matters to which they relate. Words in names requiring approval 4. The words and expressions set out in Schedule 3 are prescribed as words and expressions that require the approval of the Registrar before they can be used in the name of a limited partnership. Citation 5. These Regulations may be cited as the Limited Partnership Rules, Revised Regulations of Anguilla L /12/2000 3
