4 Presenters Stephen Rogers (CEO) Mr. Rogers joined Nautilus in January 2007 as Chief Development Officer. He was appointed CEO in June During a career which spans 30 years, he has gained broad experience in corporate and project management with a specific emphasis on deepwater oil and gas related project development. Shontel Norgate (CFO) Ms. Norgate joined Nautilus in 2006 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Nautilus, Ms. Norgate was the Financial Controller of Macarthur Coal Ltd. Ms. Norgate is a qualified Chartered Accountant and member of the Chartered Secretaries of Australia. Anthony O Sullivan (COO) Mr. O Sullivan joined Nautilus as VP Corporate Development and later became Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Nautilus, Mr. O Sullivan worked for BHP Billiton, where he was a member of the Company s Exploration Leadership Team. Mike Johnston (VP-SD&E) Mr. Johnston joined Nautilus in 2006 as Vice President Exploration & Development.
