3 SBCGT Concessions Basic Conditions Must satisfy either; Small Business Entity (SBE) test (less than $2m turnover); or $6m Maximum Net Asset Value (MNAV) test Must be an Active Asset If asset is a share or unit must also; be a CGT concession stakeholder ; and small business participation percentage of CGT concession stakeholders must be at least 90% 3
