1 Sub Depositary The Company received the information in this Annex from the Depositary. The Company has only reviewed the information for plausibility. The Company depends upon the Depositary to provide the information and cannot verify the accuracy and completeness of the information in detail. The Depositary has appointed State Street Bank & Trust Company, based in Copley Place 100, Huntington Avenue, Boston, Massachusetts 02116, USA, as its Global Custodian (hereinafter Global Custodian ) for foreign assets. Furthermore, the sub depositary forwards information on corporate actions relating to the foreign assets held in custody.
