3 Chairman of HSBC Saudi Arabia Mansour Abdulaziz Al Bosaily Mansour Albdulaziz AlBosaily was elected as Chairman of HSBC Saudi Arabia with effect from 1st January Mr. AlBosaily has been with HSBC/SABB since 1990 and has held a number of key roles in SABB including General Manager for Legal Affairs and Company Secretary. In addition, Mr. AlBosaily is a board member in several other renowned companies in Saudi Arabia as well as participating in the respective sub-committees. He has deep knowledge of banking and regulatory matters. Mr. AlBosaily received his Bachelor s degree from King Saud University, Riyadh Saudi Arabia. 3

4 Chief Executive Officer & Board Member Majed Najm Majed Najm was appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of HSBC Saudi Arabia on 1st January He has been the member of HSBC SA Board since February Majed has been with HSBC/SABB Group since 1992 and was General Manager Retail Banking and Wealth Management of SABB, Head of International at HSBC Middle East (Dubai), Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Bahrain. He has also held senior positions at SABB before moving to Bahrain in Majed received his Bachelor s degree from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals. 4

5 Abdulatif Al Seif Abdulatif Alseif is Board Member of HSBC Saudi Arabia since 01 March Abdulatif is also Chief Executive Officer of Alraidah Investment Company, and Vice Governor Investments at Public Pension Agency, Saudi Arabia. He has vast experience in management of investments and has worked in different positions for leading companies including Deputy Chief Executive Officer & Chief Investment Officer of King Abdullah International Foundation for Humanitarian Activities. Abdulatif holds Master of Business Administration (Hons.) and Master of Arts in Economics from Boston University, MA, USA. He also holds professional qualifications of Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst. 5

6 David Dew David Dew is a Board Member of HSBC Saudi Arabia since December He is also holding the position as Managing Director of Saudi British Bank. David is representing the foreign partner HSBC Holdings BV with vast management and financial experience gained during his service with HSBC in a number of regions. David holds Master s degree in Economics. 6

7 Georges Elhedery Georges is Board Member of HSBC Saudi Arabia since 01 March Georges Elhedery is HSBC Group s Group General Manager and Chief Executive Officer of the Middle East North Africa Turkey (MENAT) region. He is also the Deputy Chairman of HSBC Bank Middle East Limited. He also serves as a Director on the Boards of the Saudi British Bank, HSBC Bank Egypt S.A.E. and HSBC Bank A.S. Turkey. Before his appointment as the Chief Executive Officer, MENA in July 2016, he was the Head of Global Banking and Markets, MENA. With the addition of Turkey to the MENA region in 2016, Mr. Elhedery s regional responsibilities were extended to cover oversight for this country as well. Mr. Elhedery joined HSBC in 2005 and has held a number of key roles in the Group s Global Banking and Markets (GBM) operations, including Global Head of Structured Rates, Global Deputy Head of Rates, Head of Global Markets, MENA and Head of Markets and Capital Financing, MENA. Prior to joining HSBC, he has held various senior Global Markets roles in London and Tokyo. Mr. Elhedery holds a Master s degree in Statistics and Economics from ENSAE University and a Bachelor s degree in Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique in Paris. 7

8 Hamad AlOmar Mr. Alomar is the board member of HSBC Saudi Arabia since 1st January He joined Saudi British Bank in He held a number of key positions at Saudi British Bank including Senior Manager Corporate and Institutional Banking, General Manager Internal Audit and General Manager Information Security and Fraud Risk. Hamad was also a member of SABB Takaful Insurance audit committee, SABB audit committee and chairman of the audit committee of Astra Food Company. He holds Master s degree in mathematics from University of California. 8

9 Mohammad Al Shayea Mr. Alshayea is a board member and Chairman of the Audit Committee of HSBC Saudi Arabia since 1st January He has assumed a number of key positions in Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency including Director of Banking Inspection, General Director of Insurance Supervision and General Director of Finance Companies Supervision during the period from 2004 to In addition, He is a board member in several other renowned companies in Saudi Arabia as well as participating in their sub-committees. He has deep knowledge of banking, insurance and regulatory matters. He received his Master s degree from University of Illinois in 1998 and holds several professional designations such as CPA, CIA, CFE and CBM. 9

10 Sridhar Chandrasekharan Sridhar is a Board Member of HSBC Saudi Arabia with effect from 31 October Sri is Chief Executive of HSBC Global Asset Management since January 2012, having joined HSBC Asset Management as Global Head of Wholesale in March Sri also serves as Board Member in HSBC Global Asset Management Limited and Hang Seng Investment Management Limited. Sri joined the HSBC Group in 1993, and has worked in a variety of roles in India, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom. The majority of his career to date has been in Trading, Structuring and Management roles in Global Markets. Prior to his current appointment, Sri was Head of Structured Credit, EMEA for Global Markets. Sri holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management. 10
