3 Current situation: Public intangibles in France are substantially undervalued: - ¼582 million in intangible assets, compared to total assets of ¼253 billion Intangibles are ubiquitous: - We are often unaware of their existence - We are not always aware of their value - Sometimes a legal obligation brings this value to light - Existence of potentially substantial intangible assets
