3 Overview Sakumpu Exploration Oy is a 100% owned subsidiary of S2 Resources Ltd, a new ASX listed resource company with $19.6 million cash & no funding requirements, created from the $1.8 billion takeover of Sirius Resources. S2 has one of the most successful exploration teams in the world whose combined track record of discovery includes the Sakatti Cu-Ni-PGE deposit (Finland), the Storliden Zn- Cu mine (Sweden), the Los Sulfatos Cu deposit (Chile), the Nova-Bollinger Ni-Cu mine, the Thunderbox Au mine (Australia) and numerous other mines/deposits. Within 12 months Sakumpu has become the largest and second largest ground holder in two underexplored world class mineral districts the Central Lapland Greenstone Belt of Finland and the Skellefte Belt of Sweden. In Sweden first ever VTEM survey undertaken in the world class Skellefte VMS/Au Belt showing 68 priority conductors, with successful ground follow-up underway. In addition outcropping Cu-Au-PGE mineralization with a significant IP anomaly beneath it at Brannas prospect. In Finland high grade Au trench samples and high grade Au and Ni-Cu drill results identified within licences. VTEM flown over three target areas within tenure. 3
