This parking place does not physically exist. c) the Bexley (Bexleyheath Town Centre) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 015, to change the designation of the parking place in Midhurst Hill adjacent to eastern boundary of No. 89 Latham Road from an existing pay-by-phone parking place to a shared resident parking permit and pay-by-phone parking place. No changes are proposed to the operating hours of these parking places which are between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Saturday or to its actual position and length on site. d) the Bexley (Crayford Station) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 015, to change the description of the designated parking places in Heath Road without making any physical changes to the bays on site. e) the Bexley (Welling Station) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 015 to remove an existing free parking bay which is entirely on the footway in front of No. 75 Lovel Avenue, Welling, and to amend the description of the designated parking places in Burnell Avenue and Lovel. The annual fee for a resident s parking permit will be free for the first vehicle in a household, 100 for the second vehicle and 00 for the third vehicle and each additional vehicle thereafter. The fees for business permits will be 175 for 3 months, 350 for 6 months and 600 for a year. Disabled resident parking permits will be issued free of charge.
