1 MARKET TESTS (No Longer Offered) Sprint International Philippines Flat Fee-$50 Market Test Service 1 Beginning November 1, 1997, Sprint will test market its Sprint International Philippines Flat Fee - $50 service as described herein. The Philippines Flat Fee - $50 service allows the customer to place 100 minutes of combined intrastate, interstate and U.S. to Philippines Dial-1 calling without incurring additional charges in return for a monthly recurring charge as shown in (7) below. Unused minutes of usage cannot carry over into the next month. Any combined domestic and U.S. to Philippines Dial-1 usage above 100 minutes in the month will be billed at $0.54 per minute, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. All rates are billed in 60 second increments with each fractional minute rounded up to the next full minute. The Phillipines Flat Fee - $50 service is available only to those residential subscribers who have selected Sprint as the subscriber's primary interexchange carrier. The Philippines Flat Fee - $50 service is available to subscribers in the U.S. Mainland, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands only. FONCARD, operator services, toll free and international minutes (except for Dial-1 calls to Philippines minutes) do not contribute to the 100 minutes. Listed below are all other rates associated with Sprint International Philippines Flat Fee - $50 service. (1) Interstate Toll Free: The below listed interstate rate is applicable for interstate toll free calls originating from and terminating to the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and CNMI (excluding Alaska, Guam and CNMI for call termination). A $3.00 MRC, waived at $20.00 or more in total monthly interstate toll free usage, will apply. All Hours - $0.15 per minute (2) Interstate Operator Service: The per minute rates and per call placement charges in Section herein will apply. (3) (3) Interstate FONCARD: The below listed rate is applicable for FONCARD calls originating from and terminating to the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and CNMI (excluding Alaska, Guam and CNMI for call origination). A per call surcharge of $0.30 will apply. The rate table number corresponds to the specific rate to be applied to the portion of the call between the point of connection at the Mexican border indicated in Section and the location in Mexico. The Philippines Flat Fee - $100 service allows the customer to place 200 minutes of combined intrastate, interstate and U.S. to Philippines Dial-1 calling without incurring additional charges in return for a monthly recurring charge as shown in (7) below. Unused minutes of usage cannot carry over into the next month. Any combined domestic and U.S. to Philippines Dial-1 usage above 200 minutes in the month will be billed at $0.51 per minute, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. All rates are billed in 60 second increments with each fractional minute rounded up to the next full minute. The Phillipines Flat Fee - $100 service is available only to those residential subscribers who have selected Sprint as the subscriber's primary interexchange carrier.
