BCT tokens are scheduled to be distributed after the end of the main sale. Will tokens be held for future sale? 100% of the tokens will be distributed during the Token Generation Event (TGE) and no additional tokens will be created. Previously I saw a number 1/10th of that, what happened?

2 In the first week of March we enacted a 10:1 split, so that everyone who purchased tokens previously had been entitled to 1/10th the number of tokens. Is there a cap for the Public Pre-Sale? Yes, there is a hard cap of $21M USD for the Public Pre-Sale. Is there a cap for the entire token sale in general? Yes, there is a hard cap of $51.5M USD. How much of your cap have you raised thus far? We raised $1.5M in the Friends & Family Round and $20M in the Private Pre-Sale Round. Will there be a whitelist? No, there is no whitelist for the Public Pre-sale or Main sale. Is the BCT Token an ERC20 token? Yes, BCT is an ERC20 token issued on the public Ethereum network. Is it possible to mine BCT Tokens? No, it is not possible to mine BCT tokens. BCT Tokens will only be issued during the Token Generation Event (TGE).

3 II. Purchasing the Token Where can I buy the Tokens? The BCT Token Sale is taking place on: How do I participate in the Sale? To participate in the BCT Token Sale, you will need to register at You must have an ERC20-compatible wallet. You must have full control of your ERC 20-compatible wallet, which will be used as your Token Receiving Address. You will be required to agree with our Contribution Agreement, Distribution Terms and Privacy Policy and pass KYC. How can I participate in the Public Pre-Sale? The Public Pre-Sale begins on Friday, March 16, Instructions for participation can be found at Is there a minimum or maximum purchase during the Public Pre-Sale? The minimum amount for participation in the BCT Public Pre-Sale is 40 ETH. Please visit Will there be a lockup on the tokens? Yes, all token purchasers will now be subject to lockups.

4 If you are a non-us person your lockup is 90 days no matter what part of our sale you participated in. After the lockup, non-us persons can only trade with other non-us persons for an additional 275 days. US persons have a 90 day lockup after the token sale and can only sell tokens to US Accredited Investors for 275 days thereafter. How do I participate in the Main Sale? The BCT Token Sale will take place exclusively on the BCT website ( ) and on no other platform. The Main Sale will start on April 1, We will issue additional information and provide you with security guidelines closer to the Main Sale date. Is there a minimum or maximum allowance of tokens I can buy during the Main Sale? There is no minimum for the BCT Main Sale. What personal contact information is required to purchase? You will need to provide enough personal information to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Do BCT Token purchasers have to go through the KYC process? Yes. Can Non-US investors participate in the Sale?

5 Yes. Using Ethereum to purchase, how can I be sure the transaction went through if the network is overloaded? We will deem an Ethereum purchase to be successful when three confirmations are received within six hours of payment information being displayed to you during the BCT Token Sale process. We reserve the right to refund your purchase if the transaction is processed after the six-hour period lapses. What methods of payment are available? ETH (Ethereum) will be the only method of payment accepted. Where can I buy Ethereum? There are many exchanges that sell Ethereum for fiat or cryptocurrency. These include: Coinbase Poloniex Kraken Bitfinex Bittrex

6 What if I give a receiving address that isn t ERC20 compatible? If this happens, please contact tokensale@bct.io as soon as possible. However, BCT is not responsible for any delays, losses, costs, expenses, or other issues related to or arising from the loss of your private keys or any other access credentials. Also please contact your wallet / exchange customer support team. In some instances, those tokens could potentially be retrieved and directed to you. I lost my private wallet keys--what do I do? If this happens, please contact tokensale@bct.io as soon as possible. However, BCT is not responsible for any delays, losses, costs, expenses, or other issues related to or arising from the loss of your private keys or any other access credentials. I didn t use enough gas--what should I do? In a situation like this, your transaction would have been rejected or not mined, therefore your balance would not have changed. Please try again with enough gas. A gas limit of 100,000 is recommended (100 gwei). Is the token refundable?

7 Please see your Contribution Agreement. The Terminal I. Overview What is the Blockchain Terminal (BCT)? The Blockchain Terminal is an open ecosystem that will enable third party blockchain developers to distribute crypto trading tools to the traditional finance world. The terminal is a bridge between the traditional investment world and the emerging crypto space. A key way the terminal accomplishes this is via a proprietary compliance application called ComplianceGuard. The introduction of a robust compliance application will help pave the way for high profile institutions to trade in crypto. Who are the BCT users? The platform will be used by traders, analysts, portfolio managers, application developers, market makers and many others. How can I get access to the BCT? There appears to be a high demand for the terminal at the moment and so we are prioritizing those who participate in our Token sale.

8 Can I buy the terminal? There is no cost for the terminal itself. There are fees involved for usage. II. Trading How many exchanges is BCT going to integrate with? At present we are integrating with 4 exchanges and we re working to integrate with more exchanges as fast as we can. We have a goal of getting execution on 75 exchanges for the Alpha version, while providing analytics and historic data from many more. Which exchanges will I be able to trade on? To begin with, we are directly integrated with Bitfinex, Kraken, BitFinance and Poloniex. We will identify other exchanges and add them as we evaluate their execution quality. Can I choose the exchanges on which I want to execute? Yes. Can I choose the main exchange provider? Yes.

9 What are the plans/exchange candidates for the API agreements for the future? What exchanges are your primary target? Our goal is to provide access to all exchanges over time. Most exchanges provide open access to their API, so agreements aren't needed to get started. As our trading increases, we hope to build deeper relationships with the tier 1 exchanges to provide our clients tighter pricing and better execution quality than other participants in those markets. What is the custody/wallet arrangement? We offer a consolidated wallet which simplifies trading across various exchanges. All of the funds sit in the consolidated wallet and will be transferred to a wallet of your choosing. We continue to refine this mechanism and will be able to add more customization in the future. Do traders use a BCT wallet or can they transfer funds directly from an external wallet? Clients will not transfer funds directly to the exchanges because you are not required to open up separate accounts with those

10 exchanges. We offer a consolidated wallet solution and you will transfer funds there. How does settlement work? Trades settle as soon as they clear. We are refining our withdrawal process to further ensure security of your funds and prevent fraud. How do you avoid opening wallets in each exchange? BCT has operating wallets on each exchange. How do you get consolidated reporting? APIs. We aggregate data from various sources, both public and private Will a deposit and withdrawal function be included in the API agreement? We are facilitating deposits and withdrawals through our paradigm-shifting consolidated wallet. Because of this, our clients will no longer need to manage wallets at each exchange. As for our internal treasury management, we are building an automated system to dynamically rebalance across the exchanges to maintain access to the best liquidity on each side of the book for each pair, however initially the transfers are being performed manually with API integration to follow where available.

11 Who are BCT s competitors? Currently, we have not seen any true competitors; however, we have the expectation that established trading platforms, like Bloomberg, will move into this space, particularly if we are successful. There are companies that have many of the functionalities found on the Terminal, but there is no other platform that gathers all of these capabilities together. Given our expectation that competitors will emerge, we have an aggressive first-to-market strategy. We plan to gain ubiquity with our unique pricing structure (the Terminal is free) and our exclusive agreement with FactSet to give the 88,000 traders using their platform access to our technology. What is BCT s competitive advantage? BCT has several competitive advantages: Our Consolidated Order book gives users access to every cryptocurrency--about on 65 exchanges with one sign-in. Our Consolidated Analytics chart aggregates data from all exchanges. Our Consolidated Execution Management System executes transactions at the industry-grade transaction speed traditional hedge funds are accustomed to.

12 Our App Store opens up the world of institutional investors to trading innovations created by developers whose projects we will underwrite. Our exclusive agreements with individual developers will set us apart as we will be first to market with these cutting edge trading tools. Our foundational product, ComplianceGuard, creates a blockchain-based audit trail for the terminal. Compliance Guard is a proprietary technology and will be integrated fully into the Blockchain Terminal, monitoring transactions and activity on each app. What is the KYC/AML process for onboarding new terminal users? At this stage, there is no plan and no need to have a KYC/AML process for users of the Terminal. We do have an AML/KYC process for token purchasers who participate in our TGE. For that, we are working with IdentityMind. What is the terminal roll-out schedule (not just FactSet)? We will begin sending out our terminals by the end of March, so stay tuned for the announcements. How does the project create value for the user?

13 The project makes extensive use of blockchain technology to deliver robust applications created by a diverse community of developers, while also enabling real-time compliance enforcement and ad hoc audits for terminal users. When will the platform be available in retail form? The Blockchain Terminal will roll out a retail version for consumers later on this year. Can I install this software on my laptop? At the moment this is not possible. We are a hardware/software company and are producing an operating system specifically for our hardware. The App Store What kind of APPs are you looking for? We envision the Blockchain Terminal to support the whole asset management lifecycle for institutions, serving everything from research, to portfolio management, to trading, post trading, operations, attributions, onboarding and AML/KYC. The entire flow of business processes will be represented with this framework, so all such apps are welcome.

He is the former CIO of two of the largest asset management firms in the US: OppenheimerFunds ($250B in assets) & AllianceBernstein ($500B in assets). The overall Blockchain Terminal management team consists of groundbreakers, PhDs and quants that provide strategic direction in compliance, government policy and hedge fund law.
