1 ASX 24 NTP Fee Changes - Customer Information NTP Fees and Charges Schedule for ASX 24 ASX has recently published an updated Technical Services Schedule of Fees dealing with, amongst others, the new ASX 24 Trading Platform. Please find below the current major line items and their equivalent for the New Trading Platform. ASX understands that NTP is a significant upgrade for our customer and to make the transition as smooth as possible, for the first three s post go-live, Customers will have the option to be invoiced their current ly spend on liquidity and market data access provided the access remains similar. If required, ASX is happy to organise a meeting with each customer individually during which we will walk you through your existing and new ASX invoices and any changes. Connectivity and As per the published NTP topology guide, the New Trading Platform will be changing. to NTP is much more contemporary and requires less ASX infrastructure at customer sites and consequently customers are expected to benefit from reduced total cost of ownership in connecting to ASX 24 NTP. 3 Liquidity access for Trading Participants ALC LCC and GiC sessions will still be available. LCC Sessions will connect over a pair of 10g fibre connections (LCC) and GiC Sessions will connect via Gateways in customer cabinets. TPS has been increased per session from 12 to 15TPS. Sessions will be required to be held for a minimum of 3 s as they are today. Trading Participants will also be able to have up to 5 * 15TPS on the one session should that configuration suit their business needs. 4 ASX Net The current 12TPS session has been increased to 15TPS and will connect via a pair of Gateways at customers ASX Net sites. Sessions will be required to be held for a minimum of 3 s as they are today. Participants will also be able to have up to 5 * 15TPS on the one session should that configuration suit their business needs. 5 ASX Net Global The current 12TPS session has been increased to 15TPS and will connect via cross connect at ASX Net Global international PoP site similar to the connections already in place. Sessions will be required to be held for a minimum of 3 s as they are today. Participants will also be able to have up to 5 * 15TPS on the one session should that configuration suit their business needs. Gateway 12 TPS ASX Net FIX Session 15 TPS Increased TPS at no additional cost Additional ASX 24 ASX Net FIX: Participant ASX Net Session (NB: limit of 4 additional 15 TPS blocks per session) Simplifying Trading Terminal and Admin & Risk Terminal Both the ASX 24 Trading Terminal and ASX 24 Admin & Risk Terminal will connect via ASX GiC s in ALC customer cabinets or ASX Gateways at customer ASX Net Sites. Any Participant trading via their own mnemonic will be able to have access to a Trading Terminal and the Admin & Risk Terminal (please note that the terminals will only interact on a Participant mnemonic basis). Each Participant may have as many user logins (allocated to specific employees) as they require. Please note that the cost of the login for the Trading Terminal will correspond directly to the prevailing realtime market data royalty charge. The terminal charge is for the number of terminals required to be concurrently logged in. 7 Other Services There are changes to the ASP fee and the concept of the RTC for trading and market data connections. The ASP fee has been replaced by the Market charge at a reduced rate and will now be charged to the Participant who owns the Market. As Market for LCC s is now connected over a pair of 10g fibre cross connects the RTC is a redundant product for LCC connections. The fees for the majority of all other technical services (Cabinets, power, service feeds etc) remain unchanged.
