3 Listing on the TISE and CSX About Ogier A founding member of the TISE when it launched in 1998, Ogier's specialist teams offer exceptional levels of expertise. Ogier's teams assist issuers wishing to list on both The International Stock Exchange (TISE, formerly known as the Channel Islands Securities Exchange or CISE) and the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange (CSX), where Ogier has been a full listing agent since At the end of 2016 Ogier continued to dominate listings on the TISE. Ogier maintains its position as the leading sponsor with 593 securities listed on the CISE (a 26% market share). Of the 502 new listings on the TISE during 2016, 479 remained listed at 31 December Of these, Ogier acted as sponsor to 123 securities. 4 Listing on the TISE and CSX Listing on the TISE The International Stock Exchange (CISE) specialises in the listings of specialist securities including Eurobonds, structured debt, warrants, structured funds and SPVs. The TISE offers a personalised approach and fast track processing of listing applications within a highly regulated and innovative marketplace. Listings on the TISE have grown rapidly since securities were listed on the TISE in Investment funds, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and convertible bonds were among the securities listed. Ogier acts as listing agent to more securities than any other firm and has a market leading share of 26% of all securities listed and remaining listed (as of December 2016). With such a prominent share of the listings activity on the TISE to date, the Ogier listings team is uniquely placed to provide clients with a listing service which draws on its experience of dealing with the exchange over many years. Unlike other European Stock Exchanges, the TISE is not bound by any European Union listings directives and as a result, is able to be considerably more flexible in it s approach. 5 Listing on the TISE and CSX Listing on the CSX The Cayman Islands Stock Exchange (CSX) specialises in the listing of mutual funds, hedge funds, structured debt securities, Eurobonds, Islamic products, preferred shares, depository receipts, derivative warrants and international equity. The CSX has more than 3,000 listings, including over 1,000 listings of securitised debt and Eurobonds. Ogier has been a full listing agent of the CSX for a number of years and is a recognised leader in the industry. The services we provide include helping with the initial listing process and ensuring that all continuing CSX obligations are observed in respect of those listings.
