4 About Us ADS Securities is an Abu Dhabi-based financial investment company that provides sophisticated forex, commodity and derivatives trading solutions, both online and offline, to global and regional hedge funds, central banks, asset managers, market-using banks, other non-bank financial institutions and qualified trading professionals. 6 Execution Desk A New Level of Service ADS Securities pays particular attention to the quality of education and level of experience of our sales teams and traders to ensure that when clients call us, to execute a trade or with a service question, a knowledgeable professional is immediately available to address their needs. While one of the strengths of our online platform is the range of products that can be traded electronically, we know that sometimes trades must be executed by telephone, and so, our multilingual team is ready with market knowledge and strong liquidity provider relationships. 10

7 IT Infrastructure Speed, security, reliability ADS Securities offers ultra-low latency price discovery and execution by building a software and hardware IT infrastructure that cuts the latency rates significantly compared with those of other brokerages. This infrastructure includes multiple servers across continents, dedicated data lines and pricing accessed through API FIX4.4, enabling clients to plug our API feed into their existing algorithmic engines. 12

8 The ADSS Trader Platform Unmatched flexibility We have invested heavily in creating an online trading platform, backed by professional telephone execution, that delivers ultra-low latency, intuitive navigation, quick and efficient position management, and reliability at every stage of the trade cycle. This gives our clients a distinct advantage when executing via ADSS Trader. One of the platform s unique features is the ability for our clients to be market makers by posting bids/offers, alongside those of global liquidity providers; likewise, the platform allows for direct client-to-client trading. This multi-asset, multi liquidity-provider platform, allows our clients to consolidate all their trading on a single screen, thereby not only facilitating trading, but simplifying middle- and back-office monitoring through unified reports. The platform offers executable, real-time dealable prices, one-click trading, and easy-to-view historical information. 14

9 Products Multi-asset trading Through our online ADSS Trader and telephone platform, a wide variety of forex currency pairs and size trades can be executed, including spot, forwards and swaps. In addition, clients will be able to execute trades across a range of commodities, including precious metals, oil & gas, and cocoa, as well as futures and options. Our technology also allows us to add new products as they become available, including non-deliverable forwards (NDFs), contracts for difference (CFDs), and additional agricultural commodities and derivatives. White Label Solutions Enhanced offerings, new revenue streams ADS Securities offers white label solutions to brokerage firms and banks, enabling them to repackage our liquidity, prices, products and services under their own brand. By offering own-branded online trading services over the ADS Securities platform, brokerage firms and banks can enhance their own client offerings and add a new revenue stream. Through our deep white labelling, we go beyond this to provide a high level of infrastructure and operational support, including consultancy, to allowing brokerages to customise their online trading services to fit their specific business models and market needs. 16
