1 Section 1: Qualification Levels Economic Profile 2017 Summary 1.1: Comparative Qualification Levels with the South East and GB residents (16-64) are less well qualified at all NVQ levels, and have proportionately more people with no qualifications, than the average of Kent and the South East. residents are less well qualified at NVQ levels 3 and 4 than the average for Kent. has slightly fewer residents with no qualifications than the GB average.
