1 EXTRAORDINARY 231 GOVERNMENT OF FIJI GAZETTE SUPPLEMENT No. 39 TUESDAY, 29th DECEMBER 2015 [Legal Notice No. 102] CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF FIJI (Section 92(3)) MINISTERIAL ASSIGNMENT To : Mr Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum attorney-general and Minister for Finance, Public Enterprises, Civil Service and Communications Fiji under section 92(3) of the Constitution of the Republic of Fiji, I appointed you as the Minister for Finance, Public Enterprises, Public Service, Communications, Trade, and Tourism with effect from 24 September 2014 and assigned to you the responsibility for the conduct of Government business, departments and written laws specified in Legal Notice No. 44 of 2014; Fiji under section 92(3) of the Constitution of the Republic of Fiji, I appointed you as the Attorney-General and Minister for Finance, Public Enterprises, Public Service and Communications with effect from 4 October 2014 and assigned to you the responsibility for the conduct of Government business, departments and written laws specified in Legal Notice No. 59 of 2014; Fiji under section 92(3) of the Constitution of the Republic of Fiji, I appointed you as the Attorney-General and Minister for Finance, Public Enterprises, Public Service and Communications with effect from 23 December 2014 and assigned to you the responsibility for the conduct of Government business, departments and written laws specified in Legal Notice No. 74 of 2014; Fiji under section 92(3) of the Constitution of the Republic of Fiji, I appointed you as the Attorney-General and Minister for Finance, Public Enterprises, Public Service and Communications with effect from 11 May 2015 and assigned to you the responsibility for the conduct of Government business, departments and written laws specified in Legal Notice No. 45 of 2015; NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers vested in me as Prime Minister of the Republic of Fiji under section 92(3) of the Constitution of the Republic of Fiji, I hereby revoke with effect from 1 January 2016, all assignments and responsibilities under Legal Notice No. 45 of 2015, and with effect from the same day assign to you in your capacity as the Attorney- General and Minister for Finance, Public Enterprises, Civil Service and Communications, the responsibility for the conduct of the following Government business, departments and written laws (subject to the provisions of any other written law)
