8 LIABILITY PROGRAM RATES 2017 Blanket Event and/or Festival Insurance Rates This specific coverage is for an event/festival that is organized and operated by an External Individual and/or Organization (not a City of Brampton event). Coverage under this section extend to Vendors (as per underwriting specifications) participating in the event/festival. The External Organizer is included in the coverage offering as well as the set-up and tear-down days. This coverage excludes carnivals, carnival rides, an expected attendance of over ten thousand (10,000) people, or if the duration exceeds events five (5) days. PLEASE NOTE: The rates below have only been supplied as a GUIDELINE. In order to confirm that coverage can be obtained and the premium associated with the coverage, the FACILITY USER PREMIUM QUOTATION FORM must be completed by the External Organizer and submitted to Warren Hill (WH). Upon receipt of the fully completed and signed application, WH will provide confirmation of coverage acceptance and the premium charge under the Facility User Program to both the External Operator and the City of Brampton liaison identified on the application; this formal communication will allow the City of Brampton to create a booking and a subsequent Rental Agreement. The Rental Agreement will identify the confirmation of coverage and the associated premium charge.
